Watch a video from Cameron Esposito's new stand-up album, 'Same Sex Symbol'

Comedy nerds know her already, but it’s high time the rest of the world catch on: Cameron Esposito is one of the most exciting young stand-ups working today, which makes the release of her new album, Same Sex Symbol—out today via beloved indie label Kill Rock Stars—a big event. It’s Esposito’s second album, but first since she really started getting a lot of attention, from her attention-grabbing performance on Ferguson, to hosting the podcast and stand-up showcase Put Your Hands Together, to her column at The A.V. Club, and all the time she puts in on the road performing for audiences around the country.

Esposito closes out the 18-track Same Sex Symbol with a track called “Guacamole,” which is a meditation on how people’s differences enrich everyone’s life—only it’s much funnier than that serious-sounding description.
