While listening to Frozen’s “Let It Go,” have you ever thought, “Patrick Stewart and/or a bunch of other ’80s TV stars would make this gem even better”? No? Well, video producer Jim Cliff went ahead and edited together clips from over 60 different ’80s television shows to make a new, Tom Selleck-filled version of “Let It Go” anyway—and yes, Stewart’s Captain Jean-Luc Picard even joins in on the chorus.

“Let It Go,” that inescapable anthem from Frozen, is empowering, inspiring, and, apparently, the ideal soundtrack to just about any movie.
Funny or Die has synced the Idina Menzel-sung track to memorable scenes from movies as varied as Garden State and Easy Rider. Suddenly, Natalie Portman helps Zach Braff realize he needs to “let go” of everything holding him back from living a fully realized life, while Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper become “one with the wind and the sky” on their existential motorcycle trek.
Kudos to the FoD team for including Pulp Fiction — yep, you can even do the twist to “Let It Go” — for its sly little nod to the John Travolta/Adele Dazeem incident.
Now that it’s crossed the $1 billion mark worldwide, it would be safe to say the Oscar-winning film Frozen has become a global phenomenon, partly thanks to the song “Let It Go” and the countless covers posted online. Now YouTube has compiled a list of the top 10 covers of the song posted on its site. The popular Africanized Tribal Cover of the song by Alex Boye takes the No. 1 spot with over 21 million views.

'Frozen': 'GMA' hosts epic nationwide sing-along with Idina Menzel, YouTube stars, gospel choirs, and more! -- VIDEO
Disney’s Frozen has become such a sensation that the question isn’t have you heard the Oscar-nominated song “Let it Go” from Disney’s Frozen, but how many times have you heard it today?
Well, it’s about to be at least one more! Good Morning America hosted an epic sing-along event Wednesday morning that spanned across New York City and the country with the addition of videos submitted by fans. Just a couple of days before performing the song at the Oscars, Idina Menzel kicked off the song along with her castmates for the new Broadway musical If/Then, which starts previews next week. From fancy figure skaters to glowing gospel choirs, everyone seems to be able to channel their inner-Elsa pretty well. Even Kelly Ripa, Michael Strahan, Jack Hanna and the casts of Newsies and Avenue Q lend their vocal support.

Since most of the country is still experiencing Frozen-like conditions, WKRC traffic reporter Bob Herzog from Cincinnati took out his frustrations over commuters not taking his advice to just stay home during the dangerous and icy conditions by channeling Queen Elsa and changing the lyrics of “Let It Go” to “Just Don’t Go.” Like many, Herzog has taken his daughter to see the Oscar-nominated Frozen multiple times in movie theaters and seems very comfortable letting it all go.
