It’s not with chocolates, it’s not with roses, it’s not even by luring him with the promise of adorable hipster dogs or intentionally getting into street fights in the hope that he’ll show up in a tank top and break it up. No, all you’ll need to do to get Ryan Gosling out of Eva Mendes‘ arms and over to your place this Valentine’s Day is… pay cable! And you thought paying for 789 channels would all be in vain.

In honor of Valentines Day, Time Warner Cable will be offering Ryan Gosling movies on their On Demand feature until Feb. 27. After heading to the aptly titled “Ryan Gosling” section in Movies on Demand, for up to $4.99 a pop you can re-establish your crush on 2011′s boy man wonder with his swoon-worthy flicks like The Notebook (that kiss!), Lars and the Real Girl, Remember the Titans, Crazy, Stupid, Love. (those abs!) and Drive. (What? Just us? Nothing says defending your lady’s honor quite like smashing in another guy’s head in an elevator.)

A few photos from the London after-party for the premiere of A Dangerous Method have been making the rounds on the Internet. And, based on the images, it appears Michael Fassbender very much enjoyed himself at the event. (I’m particularly fond of the one in which he’s tinkering around on a piano, but the waltz with co-star Viggo Mortensen is pretty amazing in its own right.) UK tabloid The Sun initially reported that the actor “was politely asked to leave ” and “was becoming a bit of a handful for the other guests.” (Insert “handful” joke here.) But according to GQ‘s Olivia Cole (GQ hosted the bash) via her Twitter, the drunk Fassbender tale (which claimed he ” lit a cigarette indoors and that was the point it had gone too far”) was “complete fiction” and that ” no one was asked to leave early.” Despite these photos, I tend to believe Cole here, as no one in their right mind would ask Michael Fassbender to leave early.

Ryan Kwanten's upcoming appearance on 'New Girl' -- PHOTOS

Who’s that boy? (Who’s that boy?) It’s Ryan Kwanten! Of course, that’s no surprise to fans of New Girl that the True Blood star is stopping by the show, as it was announced last month that the Aussie actor would be making a guest appearance. Kwanten will play a handsome fellow (naturally) named Oliver that Zooey Deschanel‘s Jess wants to have a one-night stand with, despite the fact that they have nothing in common.  (Power through it, Jess!)

Earlier this week, photos were released from Kwanten’s episode and while we still have to wait until Feb. 14 to watch the Valentine’s Day-themed ep, here’s what we gathered from these sneak peek photos:

Jess has once again used her adorkable powers (read: giant-scared baby eyes) to bag a hottie. But, a deep v?! What would Cece think?

'Big Brother' pair Brenchel to appear on 'The Amazing Race': Are they reality TV's new power couple?

Alert your fiancés: Rachel Reilly and Brendon Villegas are going from the Big Brother madhouse to locations like Germany, Paraguay, and Azerbaijan to compete on 20th season of The Amazing Race. (I wonder if Rachel thinks they’ll have to get there by Porsche. Beep beep vroom.)

In case you’re not familiar with the twosome that is Brenchel, here’s the rundown: Rachel emerged the crafty winner of season 13 of Big Brother and is the wearer of many sparkly tank tops, and he is a UCLA medical student and Rachel’s fiancé. Oh, and they are both totally bonkers. That said, they are both tremendously entertaining to watch (and against all logic, actually root for) unlike, say, the genuinely terrible people who appear on MTV’s The Challenge: Battle of the Exes. Brenchel may be annoying and cunning, but they aren’t harmful. Well, maybe just to your ears. Or, all of your senses really. Zzzzzzziiiing!

'Celebrity Wife Swap' wish list: Who's on yours?

It’s going to be hard to top the onslaught of lunacy that Celebrity Wife Swap contestants Ted Haggard and Gary Busey and their respective significant others brought to the table during last night’s absolutely bonkers episode. No one brings the crazy quite like Busey. While Flavor Flav and Dee Snider will do their best to protect the sanctity of marriage and reality television during next week’s episode (though Snider should try and save up some of that energy for his upcoming stint on The Celebrity Apprentice… just ask Busey), there’s plenty of other stars who would make for an hour of baffling, albeit undeniably entertaining, television.

Of course, there’s the wish list of celebrities who would rightfully, understandably never participate in this bizarre, desperate social experiment (Jay-Z and Beyoncé, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, Kate Middleton and Prince William, Bert and Ernie), but there’s the, well, lower echelon of stars we can envision making an appearance on the ABC series. While Thanksgiving is technically Tom Hanks’ holiday (T-Hanksgiving… get it?!) that doesn’t mean the Oscar-winning actor can’t partake in all the frivolity of Christmas. Especially when that fun includes hanging mistletoe over your own head and planting a big, wet smooch for all of America to enjoy. Which is exactly what the Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close star did during his visit to The Late Show with David Letterman on Thursday night. Hanks shared his very intimate holiday greeting with viewers by giving a huge smooch into, well really, on the camera and sending out his wish, “Merry Christmas, baby!” Watch the moment below. Is 'The Lucky One' reaching with the standard Nicholas Sparks movie wet kiss? (Does it matter?)

If you’re a fan of Nicholas Sparks movies, you probably thought two things watching the trailer for The Lucky One: Zac Efron’s biceps are huge, and another wet kiss? There’s the legendarily steamy Notebook downpour kiss on the dock, the smoldering Dear John rain kiss in a house under construction, the we’re-in-a-hurricane kiss in Nights in Rodanthe, and the we’re-in-the-ocean horsing around kiss in The Last Song. In Message in a Bottle, there’s a love scene by a large bedroom window that shows it’s raining outside, and in the school play in A Walk to Remember, Mandy Moore’s chanteuse character is supposed to have just walked in from the rain when she sings for Shane West’s club owner and he kisses her. In The Lucky One trailer, we see Taylor Schilling’s character grab Zac Efron’s character when he’s washing his hands in some kind of an outdoor shower. At first, it’s like, really? They have to stand under a weak outdoor shower. But then it’s like, oh, this appears to be the start of the sexiest Nicholas Sparks movie love scene since The Notebook. (Anyone else still surprised that butt grab made the trailer?)

Every time I think I’m a grown up, I find myself caring about something like whether Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez will be able to share a kiss at midnight on New Year’s Eve. They’ll both be in NYC, but performing on different networks. Gomez will take the stage for MTV’s NYE in NYC 2012, along with Demi Lovato, Jason Derulo, Mac Miller, and J. Cole. Bieber is one of the performers on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012, as well as Lady Gaga, Pitbull, and Hot Chelle Rae in New York, and The Band Perry, blink-182, Christina Perri, Florence + The Machine, Gym Class Heroes, LMFAO, OneRepublic, Nicki Minaj, Taio Cruz, and will.i.am in Los Angeles. Were I a network exes, I’d try to find a way to block off a tiny portion of the street so Bieber and Gomez could run to each other as the clock ticked down and the million-strong crowd’s cheers swelled. I want to see the ball drop, but I would totally watch the romantic Bieber-Gomez kiss picture-in-picture. Bieber likes grand romantic gestures. THIS COULD BE HIS BIGGEST ONE YET!

'Virgin Diaries' react: Most uncomfortable TV hour ever?

Your tolerance for secondhand embarrassment was put to the test last night by the premiere of TLC’s The Virgin Diaries. The much-hyped show definitely had its share of gross-out moments (that wedding kiss wasn’t any less gross in the episode than it was in the trailer), but mostly, it was just incredibly, incredibly uncomfortable.

This documentary-style confessional had all the makings of a TLC exploitation. From the trailers, it seemed the show would be focusing on couples (like Ryan and Shanna, pictured) who were making a choice to abstain from sex — and kissing — until they were married. In actuality, everyone else on the show was not a virgin entirely by choice — which made the laughing and judging that everyone seemed so eager to do seem much more mean-spirited.

David Cross’s Todd Margaret may have some Increasingly Poor Decisions, but getting Jon Hamm to act like a robot (or at the very least, a 90′s dial-up modem) on his IFC comedy series is not one of them. In a new spot for the show’s upcoming second season, Hamm is coerced by Blake Harrison into attempting to trick Will Arnett by making “noises like a 70′s computer.” Watch the full clip — in which a nervous Hamm (he’s no Michael Winslow, but we still love him) has a system meltdown and more or less turns into a sexy underwater robot — below.
