Mary-Kate and Ashley talk first kisses and singing skills on 'Ellen' -- VIDEO

Spent your youth trying to decide whether you were a Mary-Kate or an Ashley? (My hand is raised.) If so, Ellen DeGeneres has a treat for you (read: us).

In an episode of Ellen that airs today, DeGeneres hands each Olsen twin a double-sided paddle. One side reads “her;” the other, “me.” DeGeneres proceeds to ask the twins questions like, “who’s messier?” (both are messy) and “who can talk their way out of a parking ticket?” (Mary-Kate). Despite their childhood singing careers, though, both refuse to tell Ellen which of them is the better singer. As a matter of fact, admits Ashley, “I don’t think we’re very good singers.” Guess we won’t be hearing an updated version of classic “Gimme Pizza” anytime soon.

Which 'Full House' star should host 'America's Funniest Home Videos'?

Tom Bergeron is stepping down as host of America’s Funniest Home Videos, leaving the coveted spot open (hey, it’s about as steady as a showbiz job gets). When thinking of who should replace him, our minds immediately went to Bob Saget, who hosted the show from 1989 to 1997, but then we thought: What if every Full House star — not just Danny Tanner — was eligible for the position? After all, this has already been the year of Full House reunions with Saget, John Stamos, and Dave Coulier’s multiple TV appearances together and the upcoming Candace Cameron Bure/Scott Weinger guest spots on The Neighbors.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen skip 'Full House' reunion, we wonder why

It’s hard to believe that a quarter century has passed since our favorite San Franciscan extended family made their TV debut. Thankfully, the Full House gang reunited last Saturday to celebrate the milestone. Unfortunately, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (who shared the role of Michelle Tanner) were absent, leaving a void in the otherwise full house.

While Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner), Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), John Stamos (Jesse Katsopolis), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner), Lori Loughlin (Becky Katsopolis), Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone), and Scott Weinger (Steve Hale), jammed to New Kids on the Block, ate a cake modeled after their iconic Victorian house, and read scenes from past episodes, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were probably too busy to attend.
