Potty-mouthed 'Landlord' tot Pearl is back in action

May 18, 2007, 04:46 PM | by Samantha Harmon

Categories: Celebrity babies

So the notorious tiny-tot is back knocking on our doors.

While I was watching these outtakes, all I could think of is how long it must have taken them to edit "The Landlord." Well, kudos to them. They got a few more laughs out of me. And for all those haters out there, as Pearl would say, "Hit the bricks!"

Because you demanded it.  The Pearl Out Takes.

This little girl is a real pearl. She reminds me of myself when I was a child, in fact, I always wanted to be a little girl.

Oliver's Boss Wed, May 23, 2007 at 12:50 AM EST

Oliver, you're fired! I don't pay employees to post on a message board. I have instructed payroll to give you a check for 2000 dollars, make it last.

Ron Mexico Tue, May 22, 2007 at 03:41 PM EST

Well, Ollie, if you read my first post, you will remember that I already said I haven't checked it out. Nor will I.

I already know what it's all about. Some no-class loser decided it would be cute to tape their toddler cussing. You don't have to get herpes to know that you don't want it. I just don't get what is so amusing about it.

Like you, I was just killing time. It doesn't take that much energy, passion, or time to throw in my two cents on an issue - even if it is in multiple posts.

But thanks for implying that I am somehow more pathetic than you simply because I have posted a couple of times more than you.

Leah Sims Tue, May 22, 2007 at 12:42 PM EST

What is so cute about Pearl? There are hundreds of Pearls on the streets of Brooklyn. They repeat everything their parents say. Go to Pennsylvania Avenue and see for yourself. Then go to the projects on Cozine Avenue, they are the Pearls of the century.

Boo Tue, May 22, 2007 at 12:35 PM EST

Give us all the information Oliver. You seem to know everything about Miss Pearl.

Hey! Tue, May 22, 2007 at 12:29 PM EST

Oliver get back to your cubicle. I will be calling your boss because you are stealing company time. Why not get in touch with the little darling's parents? Have a glass of wine and cheese over at Roxy's. I am sure you can get her contract for a major film. All intelligent people can and do accomplish great things. You should be patting yourself on the back, you deserve it.

? Tue, May 22, 2007 at 12:22 PM EST

Oh Oliver, don't you have a meeting to take your rusty behind to? Sometimes so-called smart people can be so stupid!

oliver Tue, May 22, 2007 at 12:17 PM EST

"Ron" - if this isn't controversial / is just lame then why are you wasting so much time writing six different comments on a post from last Friday? I was just killing time before a meeting yesterday and was excited to see more about a short film I, and every one of my other highly-intelligent, non white-trash friends thought was hilarious. Amused by all the negative comments, I thought I'd chime in just for kicks. BTW -The YouTube site where the original film was posted didn't get this much negative feedback, which leads me to believe that most of you are just spouting off about something you haven't bothered to get all the information about first. Also, Mr. Mexico, you seem to have a lot of passion and energy - if you're interested, there are plenty of charitable causes out there that might be a better outlet for your skills.

Trudy Tue, May 22, 2007 at 08:06 AM EST

The truth of the matter is, her parents are idiots with money. Some people just don't know what to do with their cash. Just goes to show that money isn't everything. It can buy a lot of things, but it cannot buy class.

Ron Mexico Mon, May 21, 2007 at 10:55 PM EST

Oliver, thinking that this sort of thing is stupid, and thinking that the people that find it so funny are lame, does not mean that I am offended by it.

Focus On The Family website? What a clever crackback! What's next? Are you going to tell us how we all love "According To Jim" or "Blue Collar TV" or something?

None of which is true, but it's what you lame asses say everytime someone criticizes something that is a little controversial. Let me clue you in, Oliver, it's not controversial. It's LAME! It's lame in a pathetic, white-trash loser kind of way. That's all.

oliver Mon, May 21, 2007 at 05:27 PM EST

Wow! Who knew such uptight folks paid any attention to EW - let alone their PopWatch blog? If you are so easily offended shouldn't you be on Focus on the Family's website instead?

? Mon, May 21, 2007 at 12:54 PM EST

Sorry, I meant to say all the freaks who work there.

? Mon, May 21, 2007 at 12:50 PM EST

Lighten Up: could you stop using the expression get over yourself? It is so overused. Enjoy the freak show. You are not alone. There are millions who love this type of idiocy. Too bad Coney Island is coming down; you would really enjoy all the freaks that work there.

Ron Mexico Mon, May 21, 2007 at 12:40 PM EST

"there are kids doing wittier & worse stuff than this here"

Oh, sure, but do I condone that crap, too? Absolutely not. What else should I lighten up on? The thousands of "girl fight" videos on You Tube? Because THAT'S not disturbing or anything!

No, I think the overall picture where everyone thinks that they simply MUST be seen is what is really disturbing. This whole Pearl thing is just one example.

Ron Mexico Mon, May 21, 2007 at 12:37 PM EST

Yes, I forgot my "own". Fat-fingered slip. My apologies.

people lighten up Mon, May 21, 2007 at 12:31 PM EST

i guess you've never spent any amount of time on You Tube....there are kids doing wittier & worse stuff than this here. Obviously Pearl's parents are in the 'Business' and they used her as an actor in their little home made fun...it's not going to kill the kid, she was totally oblivious, didn't give a care, was having fun with some of the stuff & was doing her own thing...get over yourselves folks.....they didn't have her nekked, she wasnt' smoking or drinking...is it really that big of a deal???

? Mon, May 21, 2007 at 11:09 AM EST

Ron Mexico: Did you mean they own every version?

Ron Mexico: Did you mean they own every version?

Jason Bonkers Mon, May 21, 2007 at 10:51 AM EST

No Brand Woman: That really is a fitting name for you. Please stop beating the stick bongo to death. She is not cute. Do you think this is the reason her parents are trying to make a monkey out of her?

Reality Mon, May 21, 2007 at 10:43 AM EST

It's funny? Yeah, I guess if you are complete white trash.

Hey, No Brand, can I see your tattoo? I didn't get a good look at it when I saw you on that episode of "Cops" - the police took you down too fast.
But kudos for hanging on to your Camel Unfiltered while they cuffed you.

You are all class, love!

No Brand Woman Mon, May 21, 2007 at 10:03 AM EST

Yeah, you can really tell how much she loved saying all that bad language and how much it's ruining her life to do this by how much more interested she was in the rocks in that plant than she was in saying the lines.
Lighten up, people. Get over it. It's funny. Pull the stick out of your butt and you might be surprised by the how much more fun the world becomes. Pearl, you're awesome! Go get your drink on (and by that I mean some apple juice in a sippy cup)!

Ron Mexico Mon, May 21, 2007 at 09:55 AM EST

$100 says they all the every version of "Girls Gone Wild" ever made...and have used them well.

Gee Mon, May 21, 2007 at 09:43 AM EST

Ron Mexico: It says there are numerous sickos out there in the world today. I did not view this second clip because the first was nauseating enough. Not funny!

Ron Mexico Mon, May 21, 2007 at 09:38 AM EST

And what does it say about us as a society that there are probably literally thousands for jackasses crowded around someone's computer right now thinking this is the funniest thing ever?

? Mon, May 21, 2007 at 09:33 AM EST

Just go away and never appear on film again. Pearl's parents are desperados. Why do they feel they need to attract so much attention to this poor child? They should wait until she reaches the same age as Jessica simpson, then she can make up her mind if she wants to do something like this.

Trudy Mon, May 21, 2007 at 08:10 AM EST

Helen: Are you serious? Bug off? It is Pearl's stage-mad parents who need to bug off! This is moronic and quite sad.

helen Sun, May 20, 2007 at 01:22 PM EST

if a kid is in a film, they will be manipulated for laughs, quit your whining. the only place she'll be crying to is the bank, so bug off!

MyOpinion Sat, May 19, 2007 at 11:06 PM EST

I don't think it's right to manipulate a little kid just to get a laugh on the internet.
It's just sick. Think about it. Would you want your kid splashed onscreen for a lifetime? It's an invasion of the kid's personal life. She didn't give permission. She's just a child.

Tommy G. Fri, May 18, 2007 at 04:53 PM EST

Pearl is a cool kid - some people need to lighten up and enjoy the laugh. Sheesh. Now if you'll excuse me, it's time to go get my drink on.

whol Fri, May 18, 2007 at 04:37 PM EST

hillarious

whol Fri, May 18, 2007 at 04:37 PM EST

Yes....thank you!

Ron Mexico Fri, May 18, 2007 at 04:35 PM EST

EW keeps bringing up this Pearl thing. Why exactly is this a phenomenon? I don't have the slightest interest in it, and I haven't bothered to check it out. What is it? Is it a real toddler? If so, what's the big deal? It will be just another jacked up adult. What's so fascinating about that?

? Fri, May 18, 2007 at 04:00 PM EST

Who cares? This is not cute at all. The bricks means zipo.
