If you thought June would be your time to take a little pop culture break and maybe binge a few shows you’d never gotten to start, we’ve got some bad news: There’s no time for that. Between finales of some of HBO’s strongest shows — Veep and Game of Thrones — award shows, new books, albums, and movies, there’s very little time for you to play catch-up. So maybe save that for next week? Although, we make no promises that you’ll have time.

Check out your pop culture calendar for this week:

SUNDAY 6/8

Veep, 10 p.m., HBO OR Tony Awards 8 p.m., CBS

Make your choice: Find out if the Veep will become the POTUS in the season finale of Veep OR catch Hugh Jackman hosting the Tony Awards. Or you could watch one and record the other? Just sayin’.

MONDAY 6/9

Murder in the First, 10 p.m., TNT

Yes, it’s another detective show. But as far as detective shows go, this is one you should definitely give a chance. Starring Taye Diggs and Tom Felton, Murder in the First will spend all of its premiere season on one case, so our advice would be to get in at the beginning.

TUESDAY 6/10

Pretty Little Liars
, 8 p.m., ABC Family OR Brutal Youth by Anthony Breznican in stores

If you’re a TV person, we hear big things are coming to Rosewood in the season 5 premiere. In the aftermath of Ezra’s shooting, Mrs. D’s (potential) death, and Ali’s return, things are only going to get crAzier.

But if you feel less like solving the “A” mystery, EW’s own Anthony Breznican has a new book in stores. Brutal Youth explores the world of St. Michael’s, a Catholic school that Breznican described as “the nightmare version of where most of us grow up.”

WEDNESDAY 6/11

Graceland, 10 p.m., USA

In this season premiere, Mike and Briggs are back trying to take down the Caza cartel, but it sounds like a 59th-minute twist will throw the guys off their game and set up the rest of the season.

THURSDAY 6/12

Lazaretto by Jack White in stores

Jack White fans won’t be disappointed with his second solo effort since 2012′s Blunderbuss. Best tracks: “Three Women” and “Alone In My Home.”

FRIDAY 6/13

22 Jump Street in theaters

Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum are back. And this time, instead of being 30-year-old high school students, they’re 30-year-old college students.

SATURDAY 6/14

How to Train Your Dragon 2 in theaters

In this sequel, dragons roam free, and the bond between dragons and vikings is tighter than ever, which is a good thing considering they’re going to have to work together to fight a war.

SUNDAY 6/15

Game of Thrones, 9 p.m., HBO

Unlike previous seasons, this year’s finale boasts just as much action as the penultimate episode, promising a cliffhanger, and at least one huge twist. Plus, if you care about Tyrion’s fate, you definitely shouldn’t miss it.
