Looking for a place to rest your thousand-year-old bones? Then we’ve got a real estate listing for you: Dracula’s castle is up for sale.

Romania’s Bran Castle, which many believe inspired Count Dracula’s residence as first seen in Bram Stoker’s novel, currently belongs to Archduke Dominic and his sisters Archduchess Maria Magdalena and Archduchess Elisabeth. But they’ve decided to put the castle on the market for a steep price — The Daily Mail reports they’re asking for 47 million Euros, which translates to about $64 million U.S. dollars.

Mark Meyer from Herzfeld and Rubin, the firm taking care of the sale, told The Daily Mail, “If someone comes in with a reasonable offer, we will look at who they are, what they are proposing, and will seriously entertain the idea.” By “who they are” he means whether they’re a vampire, right?

Right now, the castle brings in over half a million visitors each year, but the current owners have dreams of Bran Castle becoming even more of a tourist attraction and have proposed ideas of adding a hotel to the property so guests could stay for a day or two.

Bran Castle could end up going to Romania’s government unless a counter-offer steps in — so if you want to buy a stake in the property, now’s the time. But if vampires aren’t your thing, not to worry: The Scarface house where Tony Montana was killed is also on the market for $35 million. What a time to be a multimillionaire!
