the first 3 were funny but that last one was too long and kinda stupid
LOL and here I went the opposite. The first 3 were lame, and the last one was weird, but it was so long and they were so committed to the joke that I kind of started to appreciate it. But come on…the huge fan??? That was HORRIBLE. My *parents* wouldn’t have laughed at that one, and they unironically love crappy pun humor.

Being in Canada, I can’t watch the promos. We watch the same major networks on TV up here, so I don’t understand the exclusion.

I just hope they write for her. They did a great job integrating Baldwin and McCarthy, but I don’t think they wrote well for Stiller. They didn’t give him enough sketches that featured him, or well. Like how they wasted Jordan Gordon-Levitt and Ryan Reynolds when they hosted.
Faris is a great comedienne. I look forward to her show this week.
And I agree – that last promo went on too long and just wasn’t funny.
Looks like I am going to bed early on Saturday. Seriously? If that is what I have to look forward to, why on G-d’s green earth would I want to give up 90 minutes of my life? That was terrible and unfunny!!!!
I think it’s funny you have to sit through a commercial in order to watch the commercials.

SNL with Anna Faris was awful. Wow, haven’t seen this bad an epi in a long time. Her opening monologue was really bad and all the skits were bad. Even Weekend Update sucked and like Seth Meyers and usually get chuckles out of that segment. Also, it seemed like there were way more commercials than usual. However, since the show was so unfunny the commercials were actually a relief.
