Image Credit: Jon Furniss/WireImage.comChloe Moretz, star of Kick-Ass and Let Me In, is in New York City this week filming an episode of NBC’s 30 Rock. We know this because she tweeted it. And because the network confirms it. The show’s rep, however, won’t reveal what part 13-year-old Moretz is playing. Care to guess, PopWatchers? I’m thinking maybe Liz gets some kind of Sliding Doors episode, and we find out what her life would have been like if she hadn’t been head writer at TGS — and Moretz plays her smart-mouthed daughter. Or, maybe it’s time for a Pete-centric episode – and she plays his smart-mouthed daughter. Or, maybe all this recent talk about how “no child should have Jenna Maroney for a mother,” which is why the exec producers aren’t planning on writing Jane Krakowski’s real-life pregnancy into the show, got them to thinking that Jenna should have a secret daughter that finds her and proves that point in 22 minutes (or a pregnancy scare and imagine what her life would be like as a mother) — and Moretz plays her smart-mouthed make-believe daughter. Or maybe Jack has a near-death experience rushing to get to Avery when she’s in labor, and he imagines what he would miss if he were to die and not see his smart-mouthed daughter — played by Chloe Moretz — grow up.
Your turn!

She’ll be Hit-Girl and kill Tracy. The show will be better because of it.
Really? Jenna is the least entertaining character on the show in my opinion. Tracy is not my favorite either dont get me wrong.
I mainly watch the show for the interactions between jack and lemon… although this season hasnt been as good as the last ones in my opinion.
If Tracy Morgan was a better actor, Tracy Jordan would be a better character. It’s painful to watch.
Kenneth is the least entertaining.
That’s crazy!
Tracy Morgan IS Tracy Jordan and the show wouldn’t be the show without him.
Besides, if Hit Girl was going to kill anyone on 30 Rock, it would be Lutz.
All of the characters on the show are tongue in cheek. Each actor is being over the top on purpose and delivering the lines with a wink to the audience. Tracy Morgan isn’t a good actor, but he is perfect for this role. It may be the only kind of part he can play.

Why are we so hung up that it’s someones daughter!
Don’t forget smart-mouthed! Poor Chloe, early in her career and already getting pigeonholed
Whomever she plays, Annette, she’ll most definitely be *someone’s* daughter. =)
bahaha…no she will definitely arrive on the doorstep of TGS without a belly button!!!! Dun Dun Dun!
lol, I think they are more hung up on her being “smart-mouthed”
@ reason. Did you see ‘Kick-Ass’. She was the best part of that movie.
Time travelling Jenna from the past
My first thought was Pete’s daughter but probably not.
LOL I love all your suggestions, Mandi.
Can’t wait to scope this girl in 5 years — she’s a future all-star for sure…
Funny…I’m already tired of her.
I read you loud and clear Seqvere and I agree completely.
Looking forward to this. The 30 Rock writers usually write great parts for guest stars.
Definitely! Dean Winters as Dennis Duffy gets amazing episodes.
Whoa!!! I just realized that Dennis Duffy IS Mayhem! I’m an avid fan of both Mayhem AND 30 Rock, how did I not figure this out before now?!?
Mandi, I could never come up with better ideas than you just gave. Hoping for the Liz/Sliding Doors one, because I’m still dying to actually see how she’d be as a mom!
Kabletown installs her as Jack’s new boss or some other kind of exec taking the pulse of East Coast Programming and Microwave Ovens.
this
PS: Yeah, I like Mandi’s better too.
Maybe she’s Kenneth’s unbelievably savvy or scheming young cousin?
I’m going with the flash forward on Jack’s daughter idea. Looks wise, I could buy her as his and Avery’s daughter.
love it. I agree with A – 30 rock writes so well for guest stars. i’m looking at you peter dinklage.
I’m wondering why you assume her character will be “smart-mouthed”. Are 30Rock writers not that imaginative? It’s not that Chloe is always smart-mouthed – she wasn’t in Let Me In. Oh, it’s because you’re not imaginative.
Let’s not forget Let Me In was a remake/book adaptation, how’s that for “imaginative”
Jack’s secret daughter.
Why does she have to be smart-mouthed?
Because she’s a woman. Or at least soon to be.
