This is reality television! Why is anyone suprised?
Heck, This whole show is in bad taste.
I’m in the minority here. For some reason I see Emily as a remarkably strong woman, mature beyond her years. She’s been to the track since that fateful day, holds Ricky’s love close to her heart and I believe that she truly wouldn’t hold this against Brad or the show. Why? Because she is a genuinely sweet and honorable woman. Brad also would never have done anything to intentionally hurt her. He is a compassionate gentleman. Just my opinion.
really?i mean really?i have to drive by the site of a friends fatal car accident 2 or 3 times a week.grow up. life isn’t concerned with anyone’s emotional comfort level.we all have to deal with this kind of stuff so,deal with it
That race track date was; CRUEL, CRUEL and CRUEL and MEAN!
Has anyone noticed that there’s been some inconsistency to Emily’s information she’s provided about her late husband/fiance? First is he her husband or fiance? I was under the impression from the Bachelor that Ricky was her husband. However, all articles about the subject indicate he was her fiance… Second she initially said that Ricky died in a plane crash. During the Vegas Racetrack episode, she tells Brad that Ricky died on the Las Vegas race track. Do I have my facts misconstrued? I’m not trying to be insensative, but her story is varying… what’s the deal….
Don’t forget to add this to putting Emily on a small plane to add insult to injury. Apparently ABC/Chris have no sensitivities and only care about ratings. They claim this was planned before Emily was picked on the show — so many opportunities to change it.
Maybe it was cathartic but it should have been Emily’s choice not the decision of vulture Chris Harrison. What a classless act.
That is redickolas
Every1 one on that show should be assumed that was a horrible time in NASCAR
This was one of the MOST cruel things to EVER have happened on the Bachelor…The producers knew how she lost her fiancee’(they sent her on a plan ride), then they arranged for her to drive a race car….how cruel…I’m so disappointed in this show.
Brad Womack is one of the very few mature, talented, accomplished and gentleman like who can pull amazing scenes after scenes. Brad has the best qualities than any regular men could ever dream of in their life times. My prediction at this time is Chantal and Emily. Both women seem genuine and sincere. They are certainly not pretending to love Brad but are emotionally capable of being a caring wife unlike that back staber Michelle. I dont know what Michelle is still around for! She is just like an eccentric mole who reports any bit of information to the Brad’s wallet instead of supporting him every step of the way!
I think the Hendrick family should be left out of this. I wasnt aware it was Ricky Hendrick she spoke about but I did suspect it due to the timing of the plane crash she mentioned and her pregnancy. I think she needs to face her fears he died in a plane crash not on the track. I like Emily and dont think she is ready to move on. People need to realize she is her own person and does need to move in her life. That doesn’t mean she no longer loves R.H. it’s time to move on and live.
These producers are completely heartless, scummy snakes for premeditating an obviously traumatic, difficult, and emotional situation for this girl. And this jerk Brad is such a fraud and moron. He’s absolutely pathetic for trying to take advantage of her while she’s extremely vulnerable at the site of her fiance’s death. I’m surprised he didn’t pull out the ring right and get down on his knee at the spot of the crash.
Dude, you’re a loser who has to go on a reality TV show to try and find a woman. She’s a gorgeous Southern blonde who was engaged to a professional NASCAR driver, who also happened to be the son of the most successful NASCAR owner in the history of the sport. So does anyone really think she’s going to go from hobnobbing with the likes of Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson, and engaged to a guy who was racing royalty, to some reality TV hack who’s basically unemployed, and whose claim to 15 minutes of fame was standing up the previous Bachelor finalists 4 years ago??
Anyone who tries out for the Bachelor has to be a loser with nothing going on in their career or social life. They’re simply seeking just enough fame to cover up their lack of any genuine talent and skill, and thus desperate to launch some sort of fledgling career off of this exposure (reference Joe Millionaire here). So for this guy to come back for a second time tells you all you need to know about where his life/career was heading.
i just read in another post, that brad and emily have been engaged now for 6 weeks!!
I do agree with all the ideas you have introduced for your post. They are very convincing and can definitely work. Still, the posts are too short for novices. May you please prolong them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
