Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure is probably the best time traveling/heavy-metal rocking/Socrates-mispronouncing high school comedy ever made. Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey is definitely the best movie ever made about the Grim Reaper playing Battleship. Two decades have passed since those brave films made their way to the theaters. The world is different, but the same. Things are more moderner than before. Bigger, and yet smaller. The time has come… for Bill & Ted’s Heinous Odyssey. Or Bill & Ted’s Radical Pilgrimage. Or whatever you want to call it: a third Bill & Ted’s movie! So says Keanu Reeves, who told MTV that he’s talked to all the main people (co-star Alex Winter, writers Chris Matheson, and Ed Solomon) about making it happen. PopWatchers, this has to happen, but what should Bill & Ted’s 3 be about?
Reeves might just be joking, but his suggestion sounds incredible: a black-and-white 3-D anthology movie team-directed by Martin Scorsese, Francis Ford Coppola, and Werner Herzog? Yes, please! Check out Reeves’ Herzog impression after the jump:
The first movie was firmly science-fiction, tripping backwards and forwards through time. The second movie was more of a mock-horror movie, with the titular duo as ghosts fighting their way through a terrifying vision of Hell. I’m tempted to say that the third movie could veer more in the direction of fantasy, with Bill and Ted meeting strange Tolkien-esque creatures on a reality-hopping Wild Stallyns tour. Herzog would direct that, right?
PopWatchers, what do you want to see in a third Bill & Ted’s movie? And doesn’t Keanu Reeves look happy in that video, or what? No more Sad Keanu!

In honor of Cheer Up Keanu Day, here are seven reasons we’re grateful for Keanu Reeves

Whoa.
Alas no Rufus, bogus.
Hasn’t Keanu played Ted in every movie he’s made since?
Easy joke I know, but someone had to post it.
Lame joke, and no one had to post it….but if you feel better, good for you.
Lame reply, and no one had to post it … but if you feel like being a bitch, good for you.
Yeah… way to be a C word sue.
It’s only a joke if it’s not true.
He showed so much more personality in this little interview clip than in hours of film he’s shot in-character.
This movie forever ruined my philosophy classes in college. A friend of mine intentionally said So-Crates and had me laughing for a good 30 minutes. I love these movies!
A Wyld Stallyns reunion? This might very well be the best news ever in the history of ever.
The fantasy idea might require a Matrix-like setting…
HELL YES
It needs to be rated R
Most excellent!
There was a second?
Bring. It.
OHMYGOSH YES. this would be the best thing ever. I love them.
Wyld Stallyns > Dogstar
