I think it’ll end up like That 70s Show. When Eric left the That 70s Show, the show survived only one more season and eventually ended because the spark just wasn’t there. The writers for The Office will probably try one season without Steve Carrel and it just wont be the same and the show will probably end.

They should change it up and bring in a really different style boss who’s not as tough and together as he thinks he is – i.e. a hard edged, New Yorker who’s been disgraced and is starting over? Maybe Jeremy Piven, since Entourage is ending as well?
What about Jon Gries?
