Image Credit: Bob Charlotte/PR PhotosLadies, ever wish you could raid Halle Berry’s closet? (Of course, we’d all leave the Catwoman suit well enough alone, right?) Well, for some as-of-yet unannounced actresses, that dream will come true: Deadline reports that Berry is set to lead an ensemble cast in the film adaptation of Beth Harbison’s best-selling novel Shoe Addicts Anonymous. British director Paul Weiland will helm the movie, written by Kristen Buckley and Brian Regan (How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days).
The novel follows four Chicago women who all wear size 7.5 shoes and trade looks. Filming is set to start later this year, so it looks like you won’t have to wait for Sex and the City 3 to see some awesome footwear on the big screen. But if you were to steal one Halle Berry look, which would it be?

finally black people in a movie!
i agree…i subscribe to EW and an totally surprised by the lack of black folks they seem to represent in their print and online editions…unless it’s somebody saccharine like Will Smith.
If I were to steal a look from her, I think her Oscar winning look was a winner! but she’s got great style & a great body, she rarely misses
I’d need her body first but I’d choose the white leopard print mini dress from her pre-Nahla days.
Her Oscar dress was to die for! She looked fabulous in that dress. But if I truly had to steal a look from her, it would be her everyday look (hair, face, eyes, body). She is truly a beatiful woman.
Glad to see Halle doing something that sounds a little different than what we are use to from her. It would be nice to see her in a romantic comedy again not sure if she has done one since Boomerang.
I love me some Halle, but I just don’t see her in the lead role in this movie. No offense, but I always pictured the lead as blonde. Now, in one of the supporting roles, yes, but not the lead.
Have you read the script? Didn’t think so…what do you know?
Happy to see Halle in a movie, but the fact that the screenplay is written by the people who wrote “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” doesn’t exactly make me excited to see it.
is her film Frankie and Alice still coming out later this year? sounded like an interesting film and challenging role. as for her looks, there are at least 30 Halle looks. i like her sense of style. she normally wears clothes that are pretty, classic, chic yet ultra feminine, but not ordinary. it’s a nice balance of taste.
these people must like to lose money, she can not act, lead role that’s a joke. people will not pay that kind of money to see this loser.
