First off this is suppossed to be about Jackson not Robert and Kristen. Secondly Jackson was born in Signapore and grew up all over the place, he spent a few years in Texas. His accent is definitely Southern but not Texan. I think this guy is probably the only one worthy of any kind of praise. I’ve seen so many leads come and go and I’m glad Jackson wasn’t a lead because I think his career will go on and on. There is no way any other male actor could pull off what he did in Criminal Minds. I’ve watched that show from the beginning and Jackson was so good he scared me. Jackson is sponsoring a concert for a friend that died of Adrenal Cancer. Who else in the cast has actually done something to help others. I don’t mean some 20 second promotion that you did because George Clooney asked you to. I have wondered all along how girls didn’t go crazy over this guy. I like The Last Airbender even though the dialogue is not great but if you want to see how good looking this guy is, go see it. Jackson’s idol is Johnny Depp so he would love the comparison comments but after he said that in an interview three months later Robert said it. In fact go read every interview with Jackson,look at the date then read Robert’s and for some reason he says what Jackson says. I don’t know if his publicist knows Jackson is better but someone in his camp copies Jackson. Jackson always has a guitar with him. Robert then started carrying one after saying he doesn’t listen to music while filming, he also said he can’t write a song while filming. Then a year later he says it again and has quit carrying his guitar.Last point I think Jackson has the potential to be better than Johnny Depp and I think Johnny would like being his idol whereas if you know Johnny Depp you would know that Robert is everything he depises.Case closed

First off, his accent, what there is of it, is Texan. Being born & bred here gives me some cred. Secondly, while talented in his own right, JR cannot compete with JD. At this point he doesn’t have the experience Depp has. Your statement concerning Depp despising Pattinson is off the rails. Where did that come from? Btw, I adore Mr. Rathbone. No hater am I.
i think jackson did a much better job i’m team jasper and have always liked him but i thought he was outstanding in eclipse especialy his awesome accent lol

Jackson is incredibly talented both as an actor and Musician. His acting as the major had me wanting to drop and give him 20! I’ve completely forgotten that pattinson gut altogether.
