After Kate Ward cursed me with a reminder of that Filet-O-Fish song yesterday, I woke up this morning with the annoying “I make a lasagna” song in my head from the Bertolli commercial, and I CANNOT flush it out. I need some Ke$ha, STAT!, to finally get this Carmen-crooning chef out of my head.

Yesterday I woke up with “Sometimes” by Britney in my head. I haven’t heard that song in years so I’ve got no clue where it came from. It was unpleasant though.
That’s so funny– this morning I woke up to “Gimme More” playing in my head, and a vague memory of some dream about that song too (maybe being on stage with her during that performance). Strangest part about that? When my alarm went off, the radio was playing Gimme More. So freaky.

My son watches Nick channel and the KidsBop promo comes on every 2 minutes so I have snippets of different songs…….Paparazzi, You Belong with Me, Party in the USA, I’ve Got a Feeling……I had to actually look these songs up because I had no idea who sang them. (I still listen to my favorite 70s & 80s stuff.)
My teenager turned his music (hip-hop) on about five minutes before I left the house. The darned beat is stuck in my head. I don’t know the words. Never heard the song before and can’t get rid of it! I sent him a text about it (I know, he’s in school, but I was hoping that he could tell me the words. Then I could get it out my brain.) He thought it was funny as heck and wouldn’t tell me.
Sigh, it means war when I get home from work. Time to blast the AC/DC and Whitesnake. : )
