Attention Gleeks: EW has an exclusive clip of the Nov. 11 episode of Glee, entitled “Wheels.” The episode, which I’m lucky enough to have screened, is undoubtedly the series’ most emotional and moving to date. In the clip below, Will announces that the club’s next big performance will be of Wicked’s “Defying Gravity” which sets up a diva-off between Rachel and Kurt to sing lead vocals. You’ll have to tune in on Nov. 11 for their outstanding performances (it brought a tear to this Gleek’s eye!) but until then check out the clip. Be sure to also watch our Must List interviews with the talented cast.

looks awesome . i loved this show after the pilot aired and than when the cast did their panel at last years san diego comic con . GLEE is hands down a hit !!!!
Why has FOX removed all links to the pilot? Why can’t I watch it anywhere?
(This isn’t really a question to the poster, just something that has annoyed me to no end.)

Mrs. Rita George
That woman is HARD on the eye.
You must be blind bud…..Lea is a beauty for sure….
I’m not into trannies. It looks like a man in a dress.
How many times are they going to pick new songs for Sectionals? They’ll never get a chance to rehearse anything!
(ps — don’t question my bad-a$$ness!)
I’m all for mashing up ‘Bust a Move’ and ‘Sweet Caroline’, with Puck as lead male vocals, as he clearly has the better voice.
This’ll be perfect…since,to me, Lea Michelle is a mini Idina Menzel.
She totally is! It’s been said before, and I’ll say it again – they should bring in Idina to play Rachel’s biological mother
That would be perfection. And if they happen to get Kristin Chenoweth back on the same episode… The theatre geek in me’s head just exploded at that thought.
omg I can’t believe I never thought of that– I want to see Idina on there but never thought what she could play haha, I hope she does eventually I mean she has got the newborn at home so ya know, no rush haha
She is also married to Taye Diggs….if that was me, I’d never leave the house!! That is one fine man.
OMG, cant wait for this episode!!!!
I’ve heard a 30-second clip of the song, and even just that short segment brought tears to my eyes. I can’t wait to hear the entire thing!
where was this??? I have no shame admitting that on my new ipod touch defying gravity quickly became my most played song haha
As long as we get Lea Michele in a short plaid skirt, I’m there.
It’s honestly the only reason I tune in every week.
If the Defying Gravity songs are in the set list, and Cheerio Sue gives the competition the Glee set list to sabotage them, forcing Glee to do different songs… does that mean they won’t be singing anything from Defying Gravity at sectionals?
Ooops, that should read songs from “Wicked”… or is it just Defying Gravity?
Well, I will listen to it on my IPod again this weekend, but I know it is Elephabeta (?) big song, but Glenda sings parts of it too and gets to act a little more because she has to make the choice in the song, Elfy has already made hers and is owning it.
wow Kurt and I have something in common…an ipod playlist devoted soley to Wicked! lol wish they would do What is This Feeling though! would be perfect for Will and Sue!
Oh, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see Will and Sue singing “What is this feeling”! It would be SO PERFECT for them!
The show is a hit for sure. Lea Michele and the others are amazing. I wish people like Tim would stop saying such mean things about Lea’s looks. Gosh..how could anyone think she is any less of a beauty. I think Tim needs a grape slush in his face!
I think that person may have been a man. And that beak!
“That beak”? You don’t happen to have a shaved head and lots of bendy cross tattoos, do you?
i love this show, but it does bug me that Mr. Shu doesn’t seem to get that he’s always leaving people out. Yes Rachel is arguable the best, but it doesn’t need to be a one person song either.
Awesome. I can’t wait. Big fan of both “Wicked” and “Glee”. Lea Michele (Rachel), kinda looks like Idina Menzel.
I sick and tired of Shuester never having a song for Mercedes Jones. Everything always goes to Rachel Berry. With the number of times that Rachel has asked to solo and considering how great her voice is, you’d think Will would have her featured by now. I think the little twerp should worry about a discrimination lawsuit.
I meant – With the number of times that Mercedes has asked. . .
mercedes did have at least 4 solos! and one of them she sang all by herself!! but yeah she needs another solo.
Such a great clip – can’t wait for the episode!
