I don’t watch this show because it sucks. I don’t like things that suck.

ok all you heroes, listen up!

You, Matt, stick Sylar’s insane mind in the body of a comatose, senile elderly quadriplegic person…case closed!

Angela confess to Nathan that he got a one-time varient of Peter’s powers and absorbed all of Sylar’s powers in the fight. Since you got the shapeshifting power from Sylar, it can make you look like him from time to time. Case Closed!

You, Hiro! Go to Claire and get a shot of her blood. It’ll fix up your bad brain real good, real fast! Just ask her daddy! (both of them!)

And you, Peter! You want to make the world better? Get your fellow powered people together and form a group. You now have the US government on your side so use them and get a headquarters and become real super Heroes! HRG can be in charge of missions, stopping clowns like… the clowns in this circus.

Now THATS a show I would watch!

One thing to say about this show: Put the f*cking heroes together already, and let them kick some *ss!!

You guys want to start a Nathan Petrelli Dies drinking game? It seems like every time they need to kill someone, Big Brother Nate takes one for the team. I thought this was an ensemble cast – let’s let someone else get dead for a change. :)

The whole episode did NOTHING to advance the story. Did you realize that Claire spent almost the entire episode on the sofa? When will someone on this show ACT like they have SUPER POWERS? If I had Matt’s power, I’d be at a football game telling the quarterback to throw the ball into triple coverage. The show is far too complex for itself. People who find they have powers will start small.

YES!!! Biggest waste of a premise ever. There was more super-power action on any random episode of Buffy.

I was so annoyed with the Hiro storyline, I felt like pushing BOTH of then off that roof!

I like the humanizing of Claire. We see her far too often as either indestructible or the victim. I like the human side of her. Also, like Parkman and Sylar going back and forth. I like that it forces Parkman to do “man up” and stop perpetually being the good guy. I want Sylar as a real character back though. They can get rid of Tracey now though. Not really feeling her character. Her as a mother was better than her as a politician. The one bright spot is not every darn character this season has a power. Nice to see “regular” people this season. The rest is just blah…

I dug the ending last night (pun intended) but I would have liked to know how Sylar’s reappearance affected Matt’s hallucinations of him. However… the previews seem to show how Sylar is re-discovering his powers… YET AGAIN… so I can’t say I’m overly hopeful for that story line. And as for Mohinder’s whereabouts… if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. He can be like the son on All My Children who went upstairs and was never mentioned again… I could live with that. Claire is annoying me — does she care that much to visit her mother? Do I care about the answer to that question? Probably not… But I do like the girl who sees sounds and am looking forward to that story next week…

So one “filler” episode and the entire season is written off as crap? Wow. Harsh crowd here. Lord forbid the show slows down for a minute and actually tries to feed the plot in slow digestible chunks…oh wait! We didn’t like it when season 2 did that…so Season 3 tried to be fast-paced and swift, with plot points flying at breakneck speeds…..and we didn’t like that either! Okay, so season 4 is aiming for something middle of the road…and we’re STILL moaning and griping!
I do agree with anyone that’s glad they’re not stretching the whole Sylar/Nathan thing for more than it’s worth. As much as I think Sylar is over-utilized, I’m glad to see the Sylar-trapped-in-Nathan’s-body plot thread going somewhere.
As for Daddy and Claire…Claire’s a lot more likeable this season so far! As much as we’re all loathing the impending lesbian kiss, I’m sure that it won’t be such a big deal in hindsight. Let’s just get that over with so we can all IMMEDIATELY forget about it…
Hiro…Am I the ONLY one liking his story this season? Much better than him being a powerless douchebag who goes off to India to sucker punch some random dude and for what? Just to feel like a hero? I saw that episode at least twice just to make sense of it and all I got out of it was “That’s a d!ck move if I ever saw one.”
It’s nice to see Hiro finally using his powers in a realistic way. As corny as his “bucket list” is, it’s kinda relateable with or without a terminal illness thrown into the mix.
Let’s face it, season one is officially three seasons ago. Even season one had its flaws. I guess I’m just tired of people acting like it didn’t.

  • X-Men TAS, Mutant X

I haven’t been excited to watch Heroes for awhile now, not since the Level 5 breakout plot was discarded of in all of 3 episodes. Kill Hiro, Ando’s far more interesting without him. Plus his ability’s cooler. Send Matt Parkman away for good. Ugh, why am I wasting my time with fan suggestions for? I’d rather see a network attempt a live-action version of the XMen cartoon from the 90s than to continue this dreck. The cast must be paid well to go down with a sinking ship for this long.

Here’s my recommended formula to fix ‘Heroes’:

    1. It’s about time the Heroes writers balanced their character’s roster. Before they develop Emma, Hiro’s sister, or Claire’s sapphic confidante any further, they must thin their ranks. Outside of an ill-advised love interest for Noah Bennett, Tracy Strauss has brought little substance to Season 4, and should evaporate.

    2. To recapture Season One’s luster, the face of evil must be more clearly defined. If Season 4 tries to substitute Sylar with the Sullivan Bros. Carnival, then it needs to be more sinister. Plunging needles into Lydia’s clairvoyant, tattooed flesh, and gabbing about a mystical compass, doesn’t inspire fear.

    3. If the carnies aren’t going to step it up, then Mama Petrelli should teach them about technique.
