I agree with Devon. Instead of spending hours drooling over a piece of terrible fiction, go out. Have a real realtionship and learn a bit about how they work so the next time garbage like Twilight comes along you’ll know better and won’t waste your time. There’s nothing to be jealous about in that sort of existence.

if the storyline of the book is about jacob and bella, which it IS no matter what way you look at it, why the hell would kirsten and ROB be in the cover? he’s only in what? a fifth of the movie? give taylor the credit- he’s had to work harder regarding this franchise than rpattz ever did.
Exactly. New Moon is about Jacob and Bella and the love that blossoms between them. Bella’s love for Edward is different that her love for Jacob. The relationship with Edward was all about love at first sight and the overwhelming love that builds after that. Her relationship with Jacob is a slow build that leads Bella to love him.

the usually drab kristen stewart looks really good on this cover. and taylor… he always looks good. no wonder he has so many fans. rob definitely has more appeal among women such as myself but taylor has got the young ones loving him for sure.

This cover doesnt do it for me. Now If Rob had a cover then I;d get it. It would be interesting to learn how many this sells. I think I know the answer. Less much less without Pattinson on the cover.
I think that you’ll be surpized- have you seen any polls lately? do you know who was voted the most popular star this year? I’ll give you a hint- he’s in New Moon and he’s not Pattinson. Just because you find someone attractive doesn’t mean that the rest of the world agrees with you.

No, Roh is more in this movie and the Italy scenes are extended :,so the screen time is pretty equal.
doesn’t change the fact that the central plot in this movie is the development of Jacob and Bella’s relationship.
actually, Even though Rob is in the movie more than he is supposed to be(which I think is a mistake) if you think about all of the scenes with him and all of the scenes with Taylor, Taylor wins. Twilight was about Edward’s relationship with Bella begining. Then in New Moon he breaks her heart, and Bella finds solace in Jacob, which begins their relationship. this movie is about introducing Jacob and getting to know him. Taylor’s in it more because Jacob is.
if the screentimes are equal, which they are not, god help summit. unfaithfulness to the book or what? i think you’ll find that theres over 300 edward-less pages in new moon, so i doubt that taylor and rob got equal screentime. especially since rob already has said that this was the easiest 3 month job he ever had because of lack of actual work.
Sorry, but Stephanie Meyer has said that New Moon is based on Romeo and Juliet, in that it’s about two lovers who can’t live without each other. In this case, that’s Edward and Bella. Whether or not Rob got equal screentime, there’s no doubt (as everyone has said) that he’s a HUGE presence in New Moon because he’s ALWAYS on Bella’s mind.
Edward and Bella are true love. That’s the entire point of the series. To not include him on the cover is a travesty.
question: have any of you read the twilight series? because you don’t seem like you know the plotline at all. edward is not with bella for most of the book. new moon is when bella becomes bff with jacob. and sure edward’s presence is there, but in the book jacob dominates more than 100 pages.

Interesting reaction from me. I see them together and I have NO interest in buying the mag or seeing them on screen. Yet if I see Rob Pattinson in a mag or on screen I want it and I want it now. He can even make Stewart just about watchable.
She, Edward is going to be on screen too, he is as well in the movie and he will be in it more than you think he will (if you read the book you’ll understand what I mean)
