I’ll skip this issue. It still baffles me why they kept Taylor Launter in the cast, let alone are shoving him in our faces now. As an adult Twilighter, I found New Moon the least enjoyable book and very tedious unless it was about Bella and Edward and the Cullens. As an adult, I find Taylor Launter a puzzling part of the franchise and all the focus on a teenage boy without his shirt a bit uncomfortable. The ick factor is starting to play in. Sorry, but Robert P. is more manly and just more fun and romantic as Edward with Bella. Jacob’s character was whiney and manipulative in every book. I was hoping they’d cut back on him in the movie adapations. Movies don’t have to be just like books, sometimes they can be better. And I know I just spoke Twilight sacrilege!
Taylor Lautner is a gorgeous, talented, funloving young person. Why not focus on him? Robert Pattinson is also talented and gorgeous and all but he needs to wash his freakin’ hair. ARGH!!!
What is up with that??? He does fantastic as Edward but my Edward from the books is more handsome than he is. (as impossible as that seems)

I like this cover. I mean, don’t get mad at me but I’m TEAM Edward & TEAM Jacob. I love love Edward and Bella but there is kind of sympathy there for Jacob cus you knew he never had a chance, no matter what he did. I like when he’s the supportive friend or the guy Bella tells her secrets to. I love both Rob & Taylor and I don’t care what people say about their acting in Twilight or characters. I think they did amazing and not many people out there could have pulled it off. As for Taylor being a kid, he is but I’m 20, so I don’t think it’s THAT far off for me to like him. Media claims girls are too young but then there are the ones who look badly at the teens right now, it’s about time it’s a guy.

I liked Lautner as Christian Bale’s son on MY OWN WORST ENEMY. Too bad that was cancelled b/c I REALLY LIKED IT!!

I don’t know about other people, but it’s not just the Taylor thing. He’s playing Jacob who has to be like one of the most kind souls ever. And also, I’m very impressed with him. For him to be 17 and work SO hard and be so dedicated for that year to look like Jake in New Moon, a role he wasn’t even sure that he was going to get to keep…that impressed me and definitely made me a fan. Yeah, sure, he’s drool worthy now, but that’s not the important thing.
I think taylor has worked his bootie off to keep the role of jacob and I am so proud of him for that. I think he is a cutie! But the 40 year old women don’t need to be taken there underwear off for him to sign. That is a little creepy! I also can’t wait to see what his future holds in the film industry after the series ends. Kristin is so sweet with him. She treats him like he was her younger brother. The cojones thing was just like telling her younger brother that she even told him he needed to wait few years. So, You go taylor!!! Keep working your bootie off and good things will come to ya. But you must also finish school!! lol
Actually, kimmyz, Taylor has already tested out of school and is taking college courses. Kstew hasn’t finished school herself

look im 17 AND IM old enough to talk about taylor like the way you are. cuz him an rob are hot and all. but seriously i don’t do that cuz im mature about it. i LOVE the twilight series, its my #1 fav. but this is ridiculous.you all make me wanna puke when you talk about a kid like that. its just gross. and i think new moon is gonna be SOOO much better than twilight cuz catherine Hardwick obviously doesn’t know how to make movies cuz it totally sucked. I could go on about the mistakes but the list is endless
