Icannot believe True Blood was only nominated ONCE!!!!

    • Amy

      I agree.

  • Sara

Yay for Jim Parsons! He’s perfect on Big Bang Theory.

  • Crystal

Where is the love for So You Think You Can Dance? The show is one of the most well-run reality programs I’ve ever watched, with judges who actually make sense, a host who chooses optimism (however cheesy) over suggestive taunts, and material that actually deserves the title of “art.” Seriously, people.

    • Jasson

I agree with you, Crystal! This program is more unpredictable, exciting and breathtaking to watch compared to American Idol and Dancing with the Stars! The hosts really know what they’re talking about and nobody pulls off the best lines for favorable or unfavorable situations than Kat Deeley, the best and should be the only host of the program. The academy for television perhaps has overlooked the significance of this show!

  • nic

Go Aaron Paul. That guys got a rubber face he deseves a win. They should have nominated Burn Notice though.

  • buffiangel

Actually True Blood wasn’t nominated at all…according to what’s above..that irks me…That’s the best show on television.

  • vic

Would’ve liked to have seen the shows and actors/actresses of Burn Notice, Leverage and Psych as nominees.

  • marie

Kevin Bacon was great in taking Chance..heart felt movie

  • Maggie

Why is it that 30 Rock is one of the only comedy shows to get all the love here? Psych is a show with excellent writers, and nada! Let’s try to broaden it out a little next time voting committee!

WHERE’S THE LARRY DAVID LOVE?? FUNNIEST SHOWS ON TV!!

  • Jay Wolff

Omission of True Blood and Royal Pains tells me it’s a network survival show. So next year it will be all Jay Leno (NOT). May not even watch this one.

  • Jay Wolff

Oh yeah…another big gaffe….leaving Fox News out of the “Best Comedy” category!

  • Alice

Oh yeah…another big gaffe…leaving MSNBC out of the “Best Comedy” category!

Where are the popular shows? The non-cable shows are few and far between. Friends and I have not seen, or rarely watched most of the cable entries. How totally political… boring…. Won’t bother to watch and/or follow the emmys in future. Rubbish.

  • Amy

They missed nominating great shows like True Blood, Psych,Burn Notice and Chuck.
