Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles' Summer Glau is currently topping the ladies' list with 35 percent of the vote. Smallville's Erica Durance sits in second place with 16 percent. (WALL-E's Eve, for the record, finds herself in 10th — behind Lost's Evangeline Lilly but in front of Terminator Salvation's Moon Bloodgood. Ouch.)
Supernatural's Jensen Ackles, meanwhile, is dominating the men's side, with 44 percent of the vote, followed by my pick Star Trek's Zachary Quinto (19 percent).

Summer Glau is a very beautiful woman. I just saw her last month for the first time and boy, she is stunning! She just has something to her I don’t see in other Hollywood starlets. Great actress too!
Jensen is the reason I watch Supernatural. I can’t speak for his hotness because I’m a guy but he makes the show just like Summer Glau is the only thing worthwhile in her show.

jensen ackles. an amazing actor. he is smart, witty, and very funny. he is good at what he does and he don’t look anything less than gorgeous. he is deserving of the votes he received. i am a jensen fan and will remain as such. i have watched him in everything from days to supernatural. ten inch hero to plight of the clownana. my bloody valentine to devour. even wishbone. haha. i have seen everything involving jensen. he is so talented and i hope to see him in more movies soon. and i am desperately awaiting spn season 5
