These live blogs are always terrible. They’re pointless. Watching some awards show while reading about other people watching and attempting to make witty comments…. wow. Honestly, is this really something EW is paying people to do? If I was someone who got laid off in the past few months I’d be so sad to hear this news. I hope the bloggers keep that in mind when they comment on how “hot” some celebutard is or what they’ll do next to get attention… maybe start a celebutard blog to fit in? At least fit in at EW.
Can’t wait for the Movie Awards this year. I love Andy Samberg. Heard rumors there might be a little something with Justin Timberlake. I love them together so I hope that rumor is true.
Where’s the live blog?
Is Adam Lambert appearing or not? He was on the 5th row on the original seating chart then and article came out that he is presenting, then a tweet from dish of salt said Adam can’t go due to a scheduling conflict. Which one is it?
Is there going to be a pre-show or anything? I know that MTV has the god awful Hills scheduled for right before the awards, but is there going to be anything on a different channel by any chance?
In years passed, the top 2 AI contestants usually show up at the show (like the Davids last year, iirc). So I REALLY hope we get a Kradam moment at the awards. Or that they at least appear on a video feed, which would be the next closest thing. They have so many jokes to come out with as presenters – it would be great!

Why does everyone always hate on Twilight. I’m going to watch for both the Harry Potter clip AND the New Moon clip….it is okay to love both…no one ever said you had to choose.

New Moon TRAILERRRRR!
I’m watching the show for EVERY clip. I think more people are excited for New Moon because it’s the trailer premiere, not just a clip. If it was the Potter trailer premiere, people would probably be more excited for it. I will say that New Moon’s trailer has a lot to do to live up to Prince’s theatrical trailer. It was EPIC.
I’m watching it for Andy Samberg. I think he’s hilarious. It’d be awesome if Akiva and Jorma made an appearance!

I’m sure that, once everything is over, EW will post the trailers/clips for EVERY film and not just New Moon. I’d hate to think that Entertainment Weekly had completely turned into Twilight Weekly. There are a LOT of good clips (and one trailer) premiering tonight, and they all deserve ink. And judging from the comments on here, people are watching for a variety of reasons and a variety of films. Remember that, EW. Thanks.
