Can I get a somber "yee-haw"? We’re just hours away from losing the third member of our Top 13, who refined their twangs and, in some cases, their tunes (hello Adam!) for last night’s surprisingly enjoyable Grand Ole Opry night (featuring Randy Travis, pictured). So which contestant will the cowboys take away tonight? And, more importantly, how will we live without them? (If the unlucky contestant is someone whose name rhymes with Blichael Blarver, I’m guessing we’ll cope just fine). Michael Sarver is probably going to go.
It better be Michael Sarver! I’ve never found anything appealing about his voice, and couldn’t really care less what his day job is. Also, I really wish Slezak had slammed him for his annoying backtalk to the judges last night, especially his puzzling comment about how “if we all were perfect, we wouldn’t need this show”. What did he even mean by that?
Get rid of the bland blind dude with the hawt brother.
Alexis will get the fewest votes, but be saved by the judges.

who cares, screw American Idol! they just keep ploping out the same generic pop entertainment personalities each year like some test tube baby lab. if its a boy it’s a Daughtry clone, if it’s a girl it’s a Kelly clone.
The weakest links by a mile were Michael Sarver and Alexis Grace. Either one can go home as far as I am concerned. What about Adam, that was a crazy performance I had to watch it again and it still weirded me out. I love his singing style kind of reminds me of Phantom of the Opera.
Time to trim the fat– let go of Michael and Scott and the baby-faced guy Paula likes to fawn over (I’ve never cared to learn his name). Scott’s a great piano player–phenomenal, really–but he can’t sing as well as the others, and this is a singing competition. My fave is Adam — he’s my new ‘idol’ thanks to his awesome performance last night. I’m downloading his version of “Ring of Fire” tonight. Bad a**! I can’t imagine why Simon, who hates country music, couldn’t see the brilliance of that performance. I was disappointed in his response. My other faves are Lil’ (NOT “Little,” Simon!), Alexis, Allison and to some lesser degree, Megan. I also kinda dig the bluesy guy–the other piano player from last night. Even if I do have trouble remembering his name.
Gotta be Sarver. The dude sucked on COUNTRY night. Shoulda been a cakewalk for him.

should be michael. like the guy, but he was pretty bad during his genre. I’d also toss scott in for most likely to go.
The people I’m thinking (not hoping) will go home soon will be Michael Sarver or Alexis Grace. However, I also think that Megan was insignificant and isn’t going to make it far in the long run any way. Matt Giraud or whatever dude never stuck out to me (he was the most ordinary dude in the whole group) but last night he was pretty damn good. Also, as long as Gokey ain’t going nowhere soon, I’m good. My person opinion is that, the judges aren’t going to save anyone unless its Danny, Adam, and Lil.
