Supposedly, when you watch TPIR with closed captions, this sound is called “tuba plays sad notes”. Quite possibly the most hilarious description of crushing loss ever!
It’s funny, at the place I worked at two years ago, we totally had a running joke of playing this music whenever something went wrong in the office. It was always awesome and hilarious. Glad to see this joke become “more official” now.
