Get ready for the Golden Globes (and our coverage)!

The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards air Sunday on NBC at 8 p.m. Eastern time, but you’ll want to hit PopWatch at 7 p.m. for the start of our live blog. (Annie Barrett and I can only take an hour of E!’s red carpet coverage with Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana DePandi.) (Go to the live blog now!) We’ll call the action during the telecast, then turn the mic over to EW’s Couture Correspondent, Meeta Agrawal, who’ll offer your style report (with actual authority). Adam Markovitz will take a closer look at the evening’s best and worst moments.

While you’re waiting to see who wins, who looks as good as Jon Hamm (no one), and who gets tanked (so happy we get a real telecast this year!),  browse through our complete Globes coverage.

We’ve got your:
Full list of nominees
Expert picks of who will and who should win
Reader polls picking the TV winners
Reader polls picking the movie winners
Dave Karger’s video interviews with nominees including Dustin Hoffman, the Doubt cast, Anne Hathaway, and Ralph Fiennes

Has Dave Karger looked into the mystery involving Anne Hathaway’s presumptive winning of the Best Actress – Drama category on the Golden Globes website? I hope it was a fluke (as in a star claiming the winner was automatically put next to the name that was listed first alphabetically) b/c I really want Meryl Streep or Kate Winslet to win.

  • victoy

Yeah! I heard the Jonas Brothers are going to be one the presenters. If it’s true I’m wachting

  • JB

Good lord, the Golden Globes – already the red-headed stepchild of award shows – is going up against NFL playoff football? Yeah… Good luck with that.

  • julia

Love the Golden Globes – much more relaxed than the very uptight Academy Awards… love when visibly intoxicated winners have to make an acceptence speech.

  • Britney

I cant wait for the parties! In addition to the Golden Globe after-parties, JACK’S Hangover Relief is a part of the biggest star-studded event on the horizon, President-elect Barack Obama’s star-studded inauguration celebration parties.

  • Snarf

Can’t wait and the annual mocking of Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana DePandi’s “interviewing” techniques makes my life.

  • rita

BRANGELINA all the way….these two are terrific together….I hope they both win….they deserve it for their talent, humanity, spirit and soul!!!!

  • fancypants

goodness, i can’t stand brangelina. can we see other more interested and talented people? who cares about those two mediocre actors when meryl streep, hugh laurie and daniel day-lewis and kate winslet are on the scene? i’m so excited, they’re all gonna be there! i just hope i get to see alot of them, instead of those other two.

  • JULIA

SO SICK & TIRED OF THIS BRANGELINA. SHE’S A HOME WRECKER, HE’S A WHORE-MASTER SO THEY DONATE SOME OF THEIR VAST MILLIONS, MAKE THEM HEROES. not!

  • Mark Hill

I worked on GG for many years and it’s a GREAT show and always fun to work on. Much more fun than working on Oscars. The artist at GG are more relaxed and fun to deal with, most of them anyways.

  • Mark Hill

    Good luck DCP staff,,,,,,

  • to JB

Way to watch the game AND the GG ??
Use your DVR/tape/whatever. And Mandi, I agree that no one is hotter than Hamm.

  • to JB

there is no football tonight. games were at 1 and 4. current game should be over by 7ish.

  • Kim

Ahhh yes… the Golden Globes. I’ve been looking forward to this for over 2 weeks. I can’t wait to see Robert Downey Jr on the red carpet. Hopefully, he’ll be interviewed!

  • Seacrest Out….Of The Closet

Hopefully E won’t devote all their red carpet coverage to Desperate Housewives again. At the Emmy coverage, they didn’t even bother interviewing anyone from Mad Men

  • Ugly (By Hollywood Standards) Betty

I hope to see Robert Downey Junior on the red carpet too.
    Hopefully standing upright.

Random Q, but when did Guiliana DePandi go back to the DePandi and stop wearing her wedding ring? I swear that at the Oscars last year, she was flashing some serious Bill bling and going by Rancic.

  • Cleetus

Someone should tell Guiliana that bright orange is not an attractive skin color.

  • meg

Jonathon Rhys-Meyers is a Kate Winslet fan…another reason to love in.

  • James T Kirk

Just wanna give a shout-out to my mom, Jennifer Morrison.

  • Linds

I think she goes by Rancic all the time, it’s in all of the promos. Are they calling her DePandi?

  • Linds

Desperate Housewives is all hype, although I’m more interested in this season than I have been in years. Or was that last season?

  • ZS

    lets go slumdog millionaire!!!

  • Cleetus

“Slumdog Millionaire?”. Is that a biopic of Paris Hilton?

  • alan

where the hell do i find the live blog of the red carpet show?!

  • Cleetus

The “E Fashion Police” should be found guilty of being gay stereotypes.

  • Mode Magazine

They should rename the “Miss Golden Globe” award the “Pointless Nepotism” award.

  • Cleetus

Wow, Alec Baldwin looks bloated. I think he ate Billy and Steven!

  • Ryan Seaquest DSV

This guy “Jay” on E. How the hell can he offer comments on the way other people look?

  • Lindsay

Linds, you’re right. She’s not wearing her ring, but she’s calling herself Rancic. It’s EW that called her DePandi.
