Do the 'Peanuts Christmas Dance'!

Suffering end-of-day Christmas fatigue? Waistband stretched from too much eggnog and pie? Can’t find the energy to wash the dishes/toss the crumpled wrapping paper/stay up late watching bad TV marathons with relatives? Then it’s time to watch the Peanuts Christmas dance — like a pure shot of adrenaline in a 45-second YouTube clip.

I have watched “Charlie Brown Christmas” something like 6 times this year and that was still a great Christmas treat (also a great birthday gift). Thanks Michael.

I put on the CD while we opened presents this morning. Even my 15 month-old nephew started to grove.

The Outkast Hey Ya version is funnier..Oh, would like to know from EW posters which Peanut character’ dance style in clip they mostly resemble when grooving… I think I look like like Sally when I groove and check out the peanut kid way in the back with the green shirt attempting to do the running man, LMAO!

I watched this with some friends a few years back and amazed (terrified? concerned? amused?) them with how I broke out into each kid’s dance.. well, except for the one that does that cool shoulder thing.. I still can’t get that right and I’ve been trying for about 25 years. LOVE this special!

Clearly the twins dropped X before they started to dance.

I could watch the Peanuts gang movin and groovin all day! Love them. And who wouldn’t wanna dance to that tune, its infectious.

I love the Peanuts Christmas dancing! I can’t decide whose dancing is my favorite; they are all so equally awesome. Thank you for linking the Hey Ya version. It’s been a few years since I’ve seen that, and it’s still fun!

    that was GREAT :)

Love, love, love that. Does the running man really go back that far, or was the kid in the green shirt in the back ahead of his time?

This song was the life line for a bad 2nd grade year for my daughter. Every morning on the way to school we’d play this in the car, and dance as well as we could in our seats. Whenever she had a bad time that day, she’d think about this, and feel better. Love it!!

Love the Linus and Lucy theme and The Peanuts dance. I use the David Benoit version as a my ringer whenever my brother calls.
