I saw this commercial multiple times last night and she always had her shirt on.
There might be two versions. One for the earlier part of the evening (befor kids go to bed) and one to show much later (around 9:30-10). Still, the shirt should be on.

The only appropriate way to end this commercial would be for Seal to appear in front of the camera looking at the audience for a few seconds, throw back his head in a fit of Bond villian-esque laughter for about 90 seconds, pick up a remote control and “turn off” the television (have the commercial suddenly fade to black).
