I can’t wait for David’s next blog — hope he talks about seeing Jason WITH Jason. I’m so glad he’s able to still enjoy his favorite performers in concert.
Well, there you go. This is not a better article though. I still can percive a little of bitter tong towards our Archi, but if you do not write about him, then what ah? poor people…
We could all learn a few lessons from David. He is so gracious, even when criticized. I just hope people are mature enough to shrug off a few negative comments from either Davids’ fans. Both Davids have been a good example of graciousness and don’t deserve to have someone not buy their album or music because of a few bad apples.
So sad for those who leave nasty negative comments about this wonderful kid. What’s NOT to like about a guy who’s immensely talented, handsome, kind, polite and sweet???? You all must live in “Opposite World”!
Oh, and if you must bash his fans, you may call us “overprotective”, not b#@$%#s! Thanks.
David seems to live by this quote which is why everyone loves him so much.
“Remember, always give your best. Never get discouraged. Never be petty. Always remember, others may hate you. But those who hate you don’t win unless you hate them. And then you destroy yourself.”
Awwww…you guys are great…trying to make amends that way. Luv that you are keeping an open mind. Remember what David said about the CD…”little critiques” – be constructive! (Although there is so much to love about the CD!) The kid has a heart of gold and understands the music business. One more interview with him and I’ll bet you guys will be total converts as well. It happens to everyone. Don’t forget to catch him on Leno on Thursday Nov. 6th.
I just love this kid!
Aww, thanks for the follow-up article, any little thing about David is news worthy to his fans. It was great to hear that he did get to go to the Jason Mraz concert and with Jason Castro (thanks for the update about him too). I’m glad it also cleared up the omission of JC Chasez in the liner notes. When it’s all said and done, David is just a sweetheart and ya just gotta love him.
David,
We love you the way you are!
Don’t ever change!
My wife who was a David Cook fan admits she likes Archuleta’s song better.
That’s cute.
Now, don’t you feel bad for giving David a hard time. He is just expressive.
And thanks for the Jason info. It’s great to hear good things happening for him. Hope he has something coming out soon. Looking forward to seeing what he does post idol.
No matter what he does or says…I love him. He’s amazing. End of story.
Shirley, you are officially my new best friend now. This is one of the best interviews EW has done for David so far (not too many I may say). Glad that you guys actually talk to him before you write something about him. Kudos to you and your news team. Keep them coming!!!
Shirley wanted to post again just to thank you. David seems to be the new Tom Hanks of the music world. Talented and extremely nice guy. Destined to be around for a long time and thank heaven for that.
