After a couple of serious episodes, Ugly Betty roared back last night with a quip-filled episode of pure fun. Lindsay Lohan was back as Kimmie Kegan! Wilhelmina (Vanessa Williams) and Daniel (Eric Mabius) went on a date! Marc (Michael Urie) and Amanda (Becki Newton) were as nasty as ever! The target of most of the jabs: Betty (America Fererra), of course! And I’ve rounded up those jabs here. I hate this arc – just keep to the betty family with a few guest stars here and there
i hate this best lines junk. it wasn’t posted until late & it is a lame excuse for a show that used to warrant it’s own popwatch. i know i sound like a broken record, but geez, this is lame.
Marc and Amanda are the only two reasons why I watch this show.
But yeah Lindsay totally rocked this episode!
Can I just say how much I hate Linsay on this show!! She plays herself in real life and adds nothing. I just changed the channel when Betty pants her.
I totally agree, Lindsay was flat and I expected more out of her. I did like the sweet Wilhelmina side, though. I HATE that grey’s and CSI has tv watches and yet you removed ugly betty’s tv watch when I consider it to be probably the best show on TV. It never gets boring, and I always have to watch it, which sadly is something I can’t say about grey’s anymore.
This headline is quite misleading given the fact that Lohan has just been fired from the show and her episodes re-edited (a story that EW hasn’t reported yet).
Lindsay Lohan made me stop watching.
Are you ever going to do a real Ugly Betty watch? Enough already! Can I just say that I can’t stand Lindsey Lohan anymore, so this episode really bugged me. Let Betty get her comeuppance and be done with it.

Do that bully guy is to become a potential “in closet” love interest for Justin? .. Are the writers for Ugly Betty brave or crazy enough to touch on that taboo subject ??
So glad Justin might have a little boyfriend and he actually got some screen time this season. This was the most screentime he has had in awhile. I don’t see what is taboo about a High School kid having a bf. It’s almost 2009 people need to get over it if it is a problem
What about the side-splittingly funny 4 second conversation between Betty and Marc about getting Wilhelmina’s receipts in exchange of the tickets to the Colin Farrell premiere? Classic moment of the episode.
Ugly Betty is better off without Lindsey. She adds no dimension to the show.
I am really beginning to dislike Ugly Betty. It was so good last season and now its pulling for ratings. The worst u could have done was bring in Lindsey Lohan. UGH!!

Last night was the first time I was bored with Betty. I thought Lohan would be interesting in the mix, but she was grating and not needed. This cast creates it’s own drama. I liked the Daniel/Wili and the Suarez family at the audition, but Betty and the rest, no.
WORST EPISODE EVER!!!! GET LL OF THE SHOW!!!! I guess the recaps have been officially buried.
I actually hate Betty now that she dumped Gio. Gio is the one who encouraged Betty to take on challenges. I hate Betty and I FF her scenes. LL was unnecessary. Did her monster mother pay someone to have her on the show to save her “career” because it didn’t work.
What about the line where Willy mentions something about Marc giving it the “old college try”? Probably the most hilarious/horrifying throw-away line ever.

Lindsay WAS THE BEST EVER ON THIS SHOW. I HOPE SHE COMES BACK TO DO MORE.
Hmm. I must be in the minority here but I really did not love that episode. It was better than the last two but it seems to have fizzled overall. LL is fine playing herself but the writing seems to have lost the zing that I’ve come to expect from UB.
Regarding Justin, I was kind of hoping they would show of him getting bullied at school. Not that I want him to be bullied, but it would be much more realistic to show what gay teens go through than him having a high school romance. Believe me, I can tell you first hand!…………And also, Lindsay Lohan was good because the bitchy character was so right for her. The tabloids are saying that in rehearsal for that scene, America Ferrara pulled her skirt down and she wasn’t wearing underwear and it caused a big spat between them.

I liked the episode, but glad Lindsay is leaving. Her transformation to true nasty was good. Felt sorry for Betty. Also, sorry to see the coach leave.
