To Care or Not to Care: Bald gearhead edition

Wallace_lMovie deal I’m excited about: a new Wallace & Gromit short.

Movie deal I’m the opposite of excited about: a fourth Fast and the Furious, reuniting Vin Diesel and Paul Walker.

What about Lucas Black? Tokyo Drift is totally my guilty pleasure. It would be perfect if all three could be in it together!

I’ve seen all of the Fast&Furious movies either on DVD or on HBO. For rainy saturday afternoon fare, these are pretty good. So if they do straight to DVD, they’ve done themselves right.
As for Wallace and Grommet, the more the merrier. I say bring on the short and the Vin Diesel DVD!

So their careers are not so hot, bringing them back together for a fourth movie in a series both have left…I really don’t think this is going to be the movie that will revive either of their careers.

More W&G?!?! Now that’s cracking news!

    W&G = Yay!
Vin Disel & Paul Walker = Meh!
That whole big bald bouncer look?
    Dead as Vin’s career. Next!

Why, oh why, does Vin Diesel still have a career? I remember the old days when action stars could act… Arnold, Jean Claude, Steven… oh, nevermind.

are you kidding me? i am so excited about a fast/furious movie with vin disel. he should have done the sequel long ago and i would have been spared the crappy chronicles of riddick not to mention the crappy f/f sequels.

“the old days when action stars could act” You mean acting like Arnold or Sly or even Seagal? Right, we really miss that kind of “acting”.
The original “Too Fast too Furious” is nothing short of a camp classic. A very guilty pleasure but more enjoyable than pretty much everything that won an Oscar in the last couple of years. So a sequel reuniting Diesel and Walker could be fun, but they have to bring back the original writer and director, not use the morons who did “Tokyo Drift”.
