When I first read about the musical toothbrush in The New York Times, I thought, "Gee, what a great idea!" Tooth Tunes, abrushing aid from Hasbro, is a special toothbrush thatcontains a musical chip, and it sends music through your jaw into yourinner ear (see how it works here). Each toothbrush contains one song (available titles include "Let’s GetIt Started," by the Black Eyed Peas and "Get’cha Head in the Game,"from High School Musical). Each song lasts two minutes, and stops playing when you stop brushing.
I’m not really sure if Tooth Tunes will really help in the so-called battle to brush, but it’s could be fun — or super annoying. What do you guys think? What song would you pick for your musical toothbrush (my pick is Destiny’s Child’s "Survivor")?

Could be fun if the songs weren’t all for 11 year olds. Survivor is the closest I would get to buying, but even that is probably my least favorite DC song.
I’ll go for “I’ll be there for you” by the Rembrants, that would rock
If I could get “Safety Dance” I’d brush my until my gums were raw and bloody!
Could be cool, but one song, no matter what song, will get tiring after a while.
I would so want Nelly Furtado on my toothbrush: either “Promiscuous” or “Maneater.” Please tell me one of those two are available!
Sounds a little annoying to me. Hearing the Black Eyed Peas for 2 minutes twice each day sounds like absolute torture. The timer on my electric toothbrush is fine with me!
I’d brush to “get your freak on” by Missy Misdemeanor. That hook is so catchy that it got stuck in my head just thinking about it!
Maybe it’s a sign that I might be evil, but I’d give it to friends…with “It’s a Small World”.
“I Saw Her Standing There” – it’s so catchy the two minutes would fly by… and you’d practically get the whole song in, too.
If only the made the Floss Tunes! That’s what I really need!
“in the summertime” by mungo jerry. i dunno why, it just seems like it would be fun to brush to.
I was looking for songs that clock in at exactly 2:00, (that way you get your moneys worth), but out of the first crop of bands I searched, the only one that I came up with was “Orgasm Addict” by the Buzzcocks, and I’m not sure if that’s what you want to be thinking about when you’re brushing your teeth.
After about the 5th day I would probably be so tired of the same song, I wiuld throw the damn toothbrush against a wall.!
They make one that plays “I Wanna Rock and Roll All Night,” by KISS. I bought it and, sadly, it does get old after about a week.
Ericalina, that song is great to listen to no matter when it is. It’s got this great vibe that makes the song pure fun. I’m going to listen to it tonight as soon as I get home now. Thanks for the inspiration!
My 9-year old got the Black Eyed Peas “Let’s Get it Started” brush just after Christmas and he loves it! It’s difficult to keep away from his siblings; they want to brush with it too! I’d like OK GO’s “Here it goes again” just to wake me up in the morning. You can’t hear that song without your heartrate increasing.
Definitely Zappa’s “Montana.”
How about a toothbrush with an IPOD attachment so you’d never hear the same song too often?
dewd, isn’t it obvious… you gotta brush to CANDY by Mandy Moore.
I think a black eyed peas song would be good. or anything loud to get me up in the morning, where I’m wishing I’m sleeping in bed instead of brushing my teeth and getting ready for another [long] day. :[
