The good folks at BoingBoing have a link today to some photos from the Bazaar Bizarre craft show in Los Angeles, including one of a Carrie cake so genius, I hereby demand that Food Network’s Ace of Cakes book its baker immediately! Cool as that cake is, wouldn’t it cooler if the cake was a green lawn (mint frosting maybe?) with a headstone candle, and a hand that pops out of the cake’s surface when the candle gets blown out.
