It’s been 23 days since the season finale of America’s Next Top Model, and we’re still 33 days away from the July 12 premiere of Project Runway (for which EW.com will now have an official TV Watch!). All this waiting means that many a fashion-conscious reality-TV fan is huddling in a corner, sobbing like Andrae Gonzalo, and since PopWatch is a place of help and healing (kind of like Starting Over, but without the Iyanla), I’ve dug up two must-see links to help quell such unseemly symptoms of withdrawal.
The first (click here) needs no explanation (just trust me that it’s a clip of quite possibly the greatest Top Model confrontation since ”That stank ho poured a beer in my weave!”), while the second (here) proves that indeed there’s life after Runway. At least for Santino. Which leaves me with one big question: Where’s Andrae?
Slezak–and I mean this in the kindest way possible–between your love for Starting Over and devotoion to Runway, I really think you and my mom would be bestest friends forever. She’ll be at Silver Sneakers tomorrow morning at 8.
You guys need to head up here to Canada where Canada’s Next Top Model just started last week. Granted, it’s not the high-budget, suspense-filled bitchfest that its American predecessor is. But the Tricia Helfer-helmed fill-in for the time being is what we all need to get us through to the next American Cycle. It even has a judge that I think is meant to trump Miss J. (I can’t tell if it’s a man or a woman!) And despite the fact they are still working out the kinks (They have voted out two of the best photographed girls in the first two weeks….) it can still shape up to be a damn good show. We all miss Tyra, but right now, we all love Tricia!
Does this mean we can expect an ANTM popwatch as well!?!?! If not, you migh find me in the Starting Over house next season
Andrae and Tim Gunn went to Red Lobster back in March. Andrae screamed when the waiter brought out his “surf n’ turf” combo, then cried about his hardships during the last year while Tim Gunn expressed how “underwhelmed” and “concerned” he was about the way Red Lobster’s menu was shaping up this season.

I know how Slezak loves some Yamin. He will be singing the national anthem before Game 2 of the NBA finals on Sunday night. Just as I was beginning to get weaned off American Idol. Drats!
Canada’s Next Top Model rocks! It’s like the american version but without annoying Tyra and with the fabulous Jeanie Baker (the #1 fashion reporter in the world)! Oh, and the girls seem to be prettier… and Jay is on it too! I love it.
Can I get a HELL YEAH for the Project Runway TV Watch. I want Andrae, Santino, Nick, and Daniel from Season 2 to go back to sharing a room together and have their own reality show, with Tim Gunn some how in there.

If you look hard enough you can find entire seasons of ANTM’s past there as well.
Not to mention Australia’s Next Top Model which is done, but still new to me. I went over to wikipedia and found out about all the global versions and went to find them, not even realizing that Germany’s, Thailand’s and France’s would not be in english. Oh well, its probably better I keep it to three countries

There’s this new show called The House of Boateng on the Sundance Channel. It follows UK designer Ozwald Boateng as he tries to break thru the US market. I’ve been going through a total withdrawl since ANTM and ProjRunway ended for the time being, and was thrilled to find out there’s something else to be had in the meantime!! I think it starts June 22.
