Cut some Slack for “The Comeback”
That show was brilliant. Finally a show that went against the structure of sitcoms. Really who’s watching “ROME”? Bring it back. It got to the point where I was anticipating “The Comeback” over “Entourage” and that’s just weird because I love “Entourage”. “The Comeback” was the smartest thing on TV. And by the way bring “The Mind of the Married Man” back it was just getting good when you pulled the plug.
Cut some slack? Uhm, if it was such a great show, do you really think it would need to be “cut some slack”?
Last I heard, great shows don’t need “slack”, because, well, they are good!
And another thing, Mind of the married Man was very offensive/derogatory to women (and I am a guy writing this, and even I found it troubling). That and Arlis, I just don’t understand how they stayed on HBO soooo long…
Thank you Michael Sleazak for expressing everything I wanted to say to HBO about cancelling the COMEBACK!!! Shame on HBO for not giving it a chance to catch on……the show is sure genius!
