Jacqueline Bisset explains her viral Golden Globes speech to Queen Latifah -- VIDEO

This year’s Golden Globes will be remembered for many things, from Tina and Amy’s triumphant return as hosts to teleprompter fails and a couple of very long walks to the stage.

One such walk early in the night led to one of the most memorable moments of the show, when Jacqueline Bisset won the award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for Starz’s Dancing on the Edge. Bisset was sitting toward the back of the ballroom inside the Beverly Hilton and took a while to get to the stage to accept the award, where the truly memorable and bizarre part began.

Bisset sat down with Queen Latifah on her daytime talk show to explain the moment, which Latifah called “one of the most authentic moments of the night.” Apparently, Bisset was told her award was being presented toward the end of the night, and after being on the red carpet for over two hours, she was tired, thirsty, and hungry. “I’m thinking about other things, vaguely listening to the show. I’m thinking, ‘Why the hell I didn’t get my dinner?'”

Reasons Dolly Parton agreed to rap in an Afro wig on Queen Latifah's talk show -- VIDEO

1. By the time she realized Queen Latifah didn’t mean “gift-wrapping,” it was already too late.

2. She’s seen The Wedding Singer one too many times.

3. If she hadn’t, the Queen would have invited that tramp Jolene to guest star instead.

4. Miley told her it would be a great idea.

5. She lost a bet, maybe?

Queen Latifah offers job to woman behind 'I Quit' viral video

A University of Missouri graduate who used a dance video to quit her job with a Taiwanese company has gotten an offer to work on the website of a daytime talk show.

Marina Shifrin of suburban Chicago became an Internet sensation after her choreographed performance to Kanye West’s “Gone” was posted on YouTube.

She was a guest Thursday on Queen Latifah’s talk show on Fox. The host asked Shifrin if she wanted to work as a digital content producer on Latifah’s website.

At first Shifrin thought Latifah was joking, but the host insisted she was serious. Latifah said a short interview would happen backstage.

The show ended without disclosing whether Shifrin had taken the position.

Queen Latifah says she wasn't coming out with her Long Beach Gay Pride performance

Queen Latifah wants to be clear: Despite speculation online, her performance at Long Beach’s Lesbian & Gay Pride event on May 19 was not a signal that she was coming out as a lesbian. “That definitely wasn’t the case,” she tells EW. “I’ve never dealt with the question of my personal life in public. It’s just not gonna happen.”

That said, the 42-year old was thrilled to participate in the event and even recalled an earlier performance for gay audiences. “To me, doing a gay pride show is one of the most fun things,” she says. “My first show that paid more than $10,000 was in a gay club on New Year’s Eve in San Francisco. Tupac happened to be in town, so he came to kick it with me. This was the early ’90s. And the boys were like, ‘Take your shirt off, Tupac!’  He wasn’t doing that. But we had a blast in there.”
