Lindsay Lohan on 'Ellen': Actress talks frankly about Oprah and rehab -- VIDEO

Ellen DeGeneres usually keeps things light on her daytime talk show. But when Lindsay Lohan stops by on Monday, don’t expect many laughs.

In two clips previewing her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the conversation is much more serious than the typically playful chats on the daytime talker. That’s because Lohan’s latest project is the OWN docu-series Lindsay, which chronicles her post-rehab life in New York.

Lohan looks healthy, yet somewhat uncomfortable when the topics veer from the things that appear to be keeping her happy and sober: work and family. The exchange even turns somewhat confrontational at one point, when DeGeneres, quoting the actress, ask if she feels she’s not angry anymore. Watch it below:

Robin Thicke talks Miley: 'Listen, I'm the twerkee. I'm twerked upon'

Still upset over what Miley Cyrus did at the VMAs? First of all, who are you, and why won’t you just let it go?! Secondly, Robin Thicke wants you to know that the whole incident wasn’t his fault — he’s merely Cyrus’s poor, put-upon “twerkee.”

“I was walking out towards Miley,  [and] I’m not thinking sex. I’m thinking fun, you know?” Thicke tells Oprah Winfrey on this Sunday’s episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter.  “I mean, her and I don’t have that kind of — and just remember, I’m singing my butt off. So I’m sitting there, I’m looking up at the sky, and I’m singing. I’m not really paying attention to all that. That’s on her.”

And that’s when he uses the dreaded “t” word. “People ask me, ‘Do you twerk?'” the singer says. “I’m like, ‘Listen, I’m the twerkee. I’m twerked upon.'”

Lindsay Lohan on 'Oprah's Next Chapter': Eight 'Really now?!' moments

The problem with interviewing an addict four days out of rehab is that s— really hasn’t had a chance to hit the fan yet. The problem with entertainment enabler Oprah Winfrey interviewing habitual screw-up Lindsay Lohan four days out of rehab is that the starlet has made a lifestyle out of ensuring that s— will hit the fan. Lohan admitted in her Oprah’s Next Chapter sit-down that she’s addicted to chaos: “There’s something to be said about me learning to be comfortable with things just being okay.”

Without a trace of cynicism or sarcasm, I really would like to see Lohan accept an “okay” life. But — as she’s shown through six rehab stints, one (reduced) jail sentence, and an overarching attitude of self-sabotage during the last six years — being an active member of recovery is a lot more difficult than reciting platitudes from Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions or kumbaya-ing over the Manhattan skyline. Alas, that’s exactly what Lohan did during her interview with Oprah. Why? Because she’s just not there yet. What she is — or claims to be — is “present.” Suffice it to say, this isn’t the first time the star has performed this very song and dance. The question is: Can someone like Lohan truly be “present” but also have perspective? She seems confident she can. Below, I list eight reasons I’m not placing any bets.

Oprah snags top spot on Forbes Celebrity 100

After losing out on the No. 1 spot in 2012, Oprah is once again sitting on top of the Celebrity 100 throne. In my dreams, Oprah is currently lip-synching and dancing along to Yeezy’s “I Am a God” in one of her massive mansions.

In the annual Forbes ranking, pop sensation Lady Gaga came in at No. 2 while direcor Steven Spielberg and singers Beyonce Knowles and Madonna finished in the top five. READ FULL STORY
