Nick Offerman promises to strip 'from nips to nuggets' for charity -- VIDEO

Who says cable TV stars get to have all the naked fun? Not Parks and Recreation‘s Nick Offerman. The actor has promised to strip down — but not for free.

It’s all in the name of charity, specifically for New York Collaborates for Autism, which raises funds to support autism schools, programs and services across the country. Comedy Central is hosting Night of Too Many Stars, a biennial televised event to support NYCA.

In anticipation of the star-studded event, the mustachioed actor announced his offer to bare his manhood (sorry, so sorry, couldn’t resist) via video today, complete with a Harvey Keitel dig, cringe-inducing catchphrases and, yes, a little bit of stripping. Check it out below: READ FULL STORY »

Grab a hankie: Your eyes may get a wee bit misty when you watch the following clip from Comedy Central’s Night of Too Many Stars, a celeb-packed benefit that airs Sunday night.

The annual charity event raises money for autism education programs — programs like the one that helped New York tween Jodi DiPiazza, who was diagnosed with autism shortly after her second birthday. Though Jodi’s parents once feared that their daughter would never speak, she’s now thriving at New York City’s Mannes College The New School for Music Preparatory Division, where she studies piano and voice.

At Night of Too Many Stars, Jodi got the chance to join her idol, Katy Perry, for a performance of Perry’s inspirational hit “Firework.” Their duet is undeniably moving — especially at the end, when Jodi gives Perry a gleeful embrace, then pulls away to pump her tiny fists. The singer was certainly affected by the experience: “I will never forget last night,” she tweeted the day after the taping. “It was the most important moment thus far of what I do.”

Comedy Central's 'Night of Too Many Stars': Teamwork, charity, and urinating with Seth Rogen

On Saturday night an over-stuffed constellation of stars took the stage at the Beacon Theater in Manhattan for the taping of Comedy Central’s biennial Night of Too Many Stars, a charity event for the benefit of autism educational programs. Jon Stewart emceed once more, and he will play the host again when the event airs on Sunday, Oct. 21, along with even more celebrities manning the charity phone banks.
