Kris Humphries talks divorce on 'GMA': 'You’ve got to move forward' -- VIDEO

Five weeks after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, her estranged husband Kris Humphries finally broke his silence today on Good Morning America. “For me, it’s just certain things happen in life and you’ve got to move forward,” he said. The former New Jersey Nets forward, who became a free agent this year, attempted to stay on point while he spoke about looking for a team, working with his foundation, and letting “other things… take care of themselves.”

Humphries refused to directly answer the question of whether he still loves Kardashian, saying, “I’m focused on things I can control.” All told, he approached talk of his 72-day marriage delicately, refusing to blame reality TV for the split. “I can’t say for sure” what impact cameras had on the relationship, he said. “It’s the only time I’ve been married.” One thing’s for sure, though, he won’t be watching himself on this season of Kim & Kourtney Take New York: “The only things I only watch on TV of myself is playing basketball.” See Humphries’ full interview below. 'Kourtney and Kim Take New York': How to not save a relationship

Kourtney-and-Kim

Khloé has always been the process-of-elimination “sane sister” of the Kardashian franchise, so her appearance on last night’s episode of Koko and Kiki Bake With Sporks was extremely welcome. Like, if the Kardashians were Metallica, then Khloé would be Kirk Hammett, Kim would be James Hetfield, Kourtney would be a somehow even more annoying version of Lars Ulrich, Kris Humphries would be Lou Reed, and this season would be the worst album ever. Metaphors are confusing! Speaking of confusing, Khloé had a few pointed questions for her sisters: “Kim, why is your husband in Minnesota? Kourtney, where is the father of your child?” READ FULL STORY »

Did 'Kourtney and Kim' break up Kris and Kim? Source says...

Kris-Humphries

A paranoid parade of conspiracy theories has sprung up around the whirlwind marriage of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, which lasted a mere 72 days but nevertheless netted the couple a big payday. However, a new possibility for the quick break-up of the marriage emerges from a close viewing of Monday’s season premiere of Koopa and Koolio Annex New Haven: Maybe Humphries just didn’t want to live with insane people. A source close to Humphries tells EW, “In the episode, Kris reacted like any normal newlywed husband would when a new sister-in-law brings a naked yoga instructor into his home [and] has a screaming 2-year-old outside his bedroom door.” READ FULL STORY »

Keeping up with depressing quotes from Kim Kardashian: 'What I want isn't possible'

Reality star and all-around important person Kim Kardashian is as fickle with her romantic notions as baby Mason is with shoes, so let us briefly recap. A year ago, Kim klaimed that she would remain happily single for an entire year. In May, she broke that promise when she became engaged to NBA-player-slash-fart-enthusiast Kris Humphries. Finally, after quietly marrying in a tasteful ceremony last August, Kim shocked planet Earth by filing for divorce 72 days later. This was a lot for one mere Kardashian to handle, so Kim invited sisters Kourtney and Khloé to her intimate post-game tête-à-tête with Glamour magazine. On the topic of love, marriage, and her possibly permanently empty womb, here’s what Kim (and Khloé) had to say: READ FULL STORY »

'Kourtney and Kim Take New York' season premiere: Kris leaves immediately

Most successful reality shows gradually evolve into scripted soap operas. Kourtney and Kim Take New York, however, is going in a slightly different direction: It’s becoming a serialized thriller. Don’t believe me? Bust this: The episode actually began with a flashforward, just like in Lost and Dollhouse and that one show about flashforwarding where everyone on earth flashed forward and then spent the whole season talking about their flashforwards. (I think it was called The Event.) At the start of the season premiere, we saw a quick-cut media montage. Everyone was shocked that Kim Kardashian had ended her marriage to Kris Humphries after just five seconds. How could their relationship have turned sour so quickly? After all, they seemed like the perfect couple: She, a beautiful talking wooden puppet who wanted to be a real girl; He, a giant monster apparently created by a mad scientist in a laboratory using stolen cadavers. What could have gone wrong? READ FULL STORY »

Tyler Perry explains Kim Kardashian 'Marriage Counselor' Kasting: 'It would be very responsible of her to be a part of this film'

Remember that time a couple of weeks ago when one of television’s other most obnoxious celebrities got a divorce? Unfortunately, of course you do. Yet there was one crucial, ridiculous piece to this puzzle that I had completely forgotten about until today: One week before the implosion of Kim Kardashian’s marriage, the unlucky-in-love star was cast in Tyler’s Perry’s newest film, The Marriage Counselor, playing — you guessed it — a marriage counselor. The kasting was wonderfully, unintentionally timely, and also completely absurd. I’m sold.

Apparently, the irony has been lost on Perry’s dedicated fan-base. Today, Perry decided to address those naysayers directly via a very informative-slash-hilarious blog that explained the reasoning behind the casting. “I could not have imagined I’d be getting all these emails about Kim Kardashian,” he blogged. “I HAVE SEEN THEM!! YOU HAVE BEEN HEARD!! …LOL.” Not laughing out loud yet? Let’s continue. READ FULL STORY »

Kim Kardashian defends her marriage -- pre-split -- in new 'Marie Claire' cover story

It used to be starlets couldn’t do bridal photo shoots before walking down the aisle for fear of the wedding being called off before the issue hit stands. Now maybe they’ll have to not give cover story interviews about their marriages until at least three months has passed. Kim Kardashian graces Marie Claire‘s December issue and, in an interview conducted a few weeks after her wedding to Kris Humphries, defended their rush to the altar: “We felt like, ‘Why wait?’” she said. “It’s fun to have a partner who understands your life and lets you be you.” She insisted everything was fine between her and Humphries despite tabloids already reporting problems: “I feel like where we’re at right now is the best time in my life,” she said. She proclaimed her faith in their bond: “I’m not worried about him at all,” she said. “We have a lot of trust, and I don’t think either of us would do anything to break that. It makes life so easy. He’s such a good guy; he is so down-to-earth, and it’s such a reality check. He is a normal guy, and I just want to chill out and be normal and not get glammed up all the time. He gets it. Sometimes my life can be really intimidating for people, but he allows me to work and do what I’ve gotta do.”  READ FULL STORY »

Would you buy Kim Kardashian's wedding gown? Of course you wouldn't. What a silly question.

kim-kardashian-wedding

There are so many reasons not to buy a replica of one of Kim Kardashian’s wedding dresses. First off, why in heaven’s name would you want to be compared to Kim Kardashian? Secondly, and most obviously, the dresses were as horrible as Kate Middleton’s was classy. But, apparently, there’s a third reason to avoid wearing a mass-market version of the Vera Wang dresses, which may still be sold at David’s Bridal: They’re cursed. READ FULL STORY »

The Kim Kardashian divorce: How could she do this to 'us'?

There’s more than a touch of irony — and hypocrisy — to the public’s angry reaction to Kim Kardashian’s announcement that she is divorcing Kris Humphries after only 72 days of marriage. Many fans felt duped — Was the dream wedding a sham, a ploy to boost ratings for the Kardashians’ E! reality show? “My wife is invested in this show,” Fox & Friends’ Eric Bolling told Kris Jenner this morning. “She falls in love with your family. She gets involved. When the wedding broke up after 72 days, she was, like, devastated, because people — they watch and they want to believe in you.”

People are actually upset — not because Kardashian is doing this to Humphries, but because she’s doing it to us. READ FULL STORY »

Kris Jenner thinks Kris Humphries would be an 'Indian giver' if he took the ring back

If you can’t stand the idea of watching another Kardashian being interviewed about Kim’s divorce or simply the use of the unforgivable, made-up word “momager,” then by all means look away. (In fact, look at this instead. Happy place!) But, if you can’t help but be fascinated by the Kardashian saving-perpetually-stunned-face media blitz, check out Kris Jenner‘s visit to Good Morning America on Thursday.

In what is nothing more than a krazy koincidence (let’s give the Kardashians some credit, they have made intentional misspellings much more fun), Jenner was promoting her new book Kris Jenner… And All Things Kardashian when the topic of her daughter’s divorce came up. “Wow… I couldn’t have been hit with anything more shocking,” Jenner told GMA correspondent Lara Spencer, in regards to learning the news about Kim.
