Matt Damon finally, finally conquers 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' -- VIDEO

Thought Matt Damon would be content with a simple guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live? Think again.

After years of serving as the butt of Kimmel’s regular show-closing joke — “Apologies to Matt Damon; we ran out of time” — the Oscar winner got his revenge last night by seizing control of Live. Kimmel spent the entire episode taped to a chair with a tie stuffed in his mouth, watching helplessly as Damon taunted him, replaced his sidekick and his bandleader with Andy Garcia and Sheryl Crow — a definite case of trading up — and enlisted a bevy of other stars to assist in his takeover. From the show’s very first minutes, it was clear that this would be a night to remember:

Bold, short looks are taking Hollywood by storm. Charlize Theron is a rocking a new ‘do, following in the footsteps of Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Anne Hathaway, Katie Holmes, and more. Charlize shaved her head for the upcoming Mad Max, but this is the first time we’ve seen her pared down locks — a far cry from her usual golden tresses.

Your party is a wonderland: 'Vanity Fair' Paramount portrait is an A-list playground

Image credit: Art Streiber, exclusively for Vanity Fair

Well, I just lost my afternoon. In honor of Paramount’s 100th anniversary, Vanity Fair has “assembled 116 of the greatest talents ever to work at the studio.” That means Leo, Bob, and Marty, some icons of the studio’s golden age (hello, Eva Marie Saint, Jerry Lewis, and Michael York!), almost the entire casts of Transformers and Star Trek, and even that Canadian whippersnapper Justin Bieber, whom you might remember from a little indie film called Never Say Never. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg (Titanic zing, hey-yo!).

Because Vanity Fair knows you want to see every one of those 116 faces up close and personal, they’ve installed a zoom function on their site. Fair warning, PopWatchers: This thing is addictive. Click through at your own risk. Below, we scope out a few of the famous faces and hand out our portrait honors. READ FULL STORY

Demi Moore finds her new Twitter handle, sheds married moniker

Demi Moore finally settled on a new Twitter handle, letting go of the @mrskutcher name that she used to grow popular on the social networking site.

After announcing her split from Ashton Kutcher last November, the actress left Twitter for a while. But she recently resurfaced and asked for help in determining a new handle. As of today, Moore decided that her followers will now know her as “justdemi.” “So hard finding a name that was fun somewhat playful and available. So for now it will be @justdemi It could grow on me!” she wrote on her account.

It sounds like Ms. Moore is flexible about her choice — so it could change again. And for a woman who still goes by her first husband’s last name, we’re surprised she made such a big deal about what she’s called on Twitter.

Although we are still hoping she’ll change her mind and go with @theexmrswillis.

What should Demi Moore's new Twitter handle be?

Demi Moore recently resurfaced on Twitter after a three-month hiatus, much to our surprise and delight. But now that she’s back on the social network, she’s appealing to her followers for a new name. “Time for a change, twitter name change… any suggestions?” she wrote.

To her nearly five million followers, Moore goes by @mrskutcher. But now that she and Ashton Kutcher are through, she needs something new to call herself.

I imagine she will chose the most obvious, yet banal, handle — @DemiMoore. But maybe she’ll be a bit more adventurous. Perhaps something like @theexmrswillis, @rumersmom, or maybe even @ltcmdrjoannegalloway would work for the actress.

What do you think she should change her name to, PopWatchers? Leave your suggestions below! (But please keep them family friendly!)

Nicki Minaj deletes Twitter, Demi Moore rejoins, and the circle of (Internet) life continues

Walking bullhorn Nicki Minaj has officially deactivated her Twitter feed, leaving 11 million fans in a digital timeout after the rap star ditched the social medium over a spat with a fan site.

Minaj sparred with unofficial fan site Nicki Daily on Sunday night after the latter began to leak unreleased songs online. The drama quickly escalated between the fans and the obstreperous rapper, with Minaj delivering a final set of tweets before vacating the e-premises: READ FULL STORY
