"Scott Tennerman must die" is #1... definately.
"Casa Bonita" would be runner-up.
"Fat Butt and Pancake Head" was also pretty disturbing. Especially, because Cartman gives Ben Affleck a hand job.
Another episode that is a good example for Cartman's cruelty is "Kenny Dies". The episode is mainly known for having Kenny dying for real, and is therefore the saddest episode ever, but it also includes Cartman's fight to legalize stem cell research (and a great musical moment with Asia's Heat of the moment"), but not in order to help his dying friend, but just to create another pizza place.
"Passion of the Jew" was a brilliant episode. Cartman as Hitler was scary and the whole thing proved how easily people can be manipulated.
