''That's no moon (over San Francisco)...that's a space station''

I'd been thinking about a trip to San Francisco for a while. I like hills, what can I say? But I'm not entirely sure it's all that safe anymore...not with the Empire taking up residence.

There's no plot, no characters...some might say no point. But something this cool doesn't need a point. Head over here to read more about Michael Horn, the guy who decided he really wanted to see AT-ATs on the beach.

Why would the half-completed Death Star be travelling anywhere? It should have been the DS from Episode IV.

I live in SF. With how many odd things spotted daily in the City, the Death Star appearing in the sky probably wouldn't even make headlines.

And this is today's favorite viral video - so cool....

Some sort of story would have made this infinitely more interesting (although I suppose you could say that George Lucas' movies, too...), but still - very cool effects. How'd he do it?
