'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince': 114 days (and counting) till its premiere!

Jul 30, 2008, 10:11 AM | by Gary Susman

Categories: Harry Potter, Movie Trailers

I'll leave the frame-by-frame analysis to more obsessive Potterphiles than I. Suffice it to say that the atmosphere of gray, bleak dread here is unrelenting. In addition to quick glimpses of Ron and Ginny Weasley in peril and lots of stuff getting set on fire, the main thrust of the trailer is a flashback to Dumbledore's first meeting with the young Tom Riddle, the future Voldemort, played in suitably Damien-creepy fashion by 11-year-old Hero Fiennes-Tiffin (nephew of Ralph Fiennes, who is briefly seen here as the adult Voldemort). Feel free to discuss the teaser clip's clues and occasional deviations from the sixth book's text in the comments section; I'm just going to sit back and start counting the days and minutes until the Harry Potter flick's Nov. 21 release. (114 to go...) Excited yet, PopWatchers?

Bookworm Sun, Apr 19, 2009 at 06:41 AM EST

I'm sorry, but Twiight has nothing to do with HP. They didn't even see Twilght as a threat, it was The Dark Knight which made them push HBP into summer.
Besides, everyone knows Twilight has crappy characters, no plotline, sparkly fairies which masquerade as vampires and absolutely no moral content whatsoever.
Sorry, just a little off-topic rant there.
But oh my gosh I cannot wait for Harry Potter an the half-blood prince! The trailers make it look so good . . . They're much better than the OOTP trailer, for sure.

Grottodiego Tue, Aug 19, 2008 at 09:44 PM EST

I'll probably see Twilite on the opening night just to boycott WB. I really like the HP movies but I'm done with the WB. I'm boycotting everything WB. Even Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. (a subsidiary of Time Warner)

EM Fri, Aug 15, 2008 at 09:14 AM EST

I am so looking forward to this movie, but so MAD at WB for pushing the release to summer 2009! What kind of evil people do they have making decisions over there? It was hard enough waiting until Nov!
My only peeve from watching the trailer is that Dumbledore's suit seems to be too normal in...isn't supposed to be purple velvet or something? It really looks like it is going to be great!

Grottodiego Tue, Aug 12, 2008 at 06:49 AM EST

Kiren Thu, Aug 7, 2008 at 03:16 PM EST

bootsycolumbia and TheRealHermione you are so right!!!
i barely read the girst one
it read like really bad fanfiction

bootsycolumbia Sun, Aug 3, 2008 at 04:44 PM EST

To TheRealHermione: Thank you!!! I've tried reading those Stephenie Meyer books and I just can't. They're so badly written that I can't get past one or two pages. Those books don't hold a candle to Harry Potter. So all you Twilighters or whatever you're called, go to your own websites and leave us alone.

aliiziia Fri, Aug 1, 2008 at 05:27 PM EST

oh never mind....

the little boy is lord voldemort.. ok.!! jajaja i didn't read the first part .. jaja .!

aliiziia Fri, Aug 1, 2008 at 05:25 PM EST

oh hii.. well the trailer looks awesome... but look i'm new at this so would anyone have the patience to tell me if that little boy was harry , right? well i think jajaj .. i'm dumb... this is the harry potter trailer.. so don't be fighting with the twilighters.. look i'm a huge fan of twilight but please .. take it easy jaja.! well thanks anyway.!

eric Fri, Aug 1, 2008 at 03:06 AM EST

um... the trailer looks awesome as sure as the movie will kick butt! but why all the hype about twilight? it looks like another the coven to me. hp is tried and true on script and screen, so give twilight a rest till it proves itself yeah

Bailey Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 10:07 PM EST

for all who are disappointed... HELLO IT IS A TEASER TRAILER NOT THE MOVIE! get over your disappointment they can't show the whole movie and all it's important and exciting points in a minute thirty....so get over it and get psyched for the next trailer and movie because it will probably be the best movie yet.

The real harry potter Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 09:41 PM EST

I like making movies

sandy Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 09:22 PM EST

wow!wow!wow!

TheRealHermione Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 08:06 PM EST

Will all the Twilighters or whatever ya'll are called PLEASE stop coming on here! Yes some of you are Potterheads but please. Those books have NOTHING on Harry Potter. ONly the hype.

Laura Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 06:36 PM EST

Love it. I can't wait to see the whole movie :-) Great Clip EW.

nunnya Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 06:16 PM EST

EEEWWWW! Creepy! I can't wait. I hope it's as good as the book. Finnes is as creepy as HL's Joker.
I am also looking forward to Twilight! Cedrick Diggary lives on!!! LOL. They are both fantastic franchises.

VolturiNet Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 02:50 PM EST

Sounds great! I will be quite honest that I am more anticipating the Twilight movie but really I don't like the idea of people fighting between the two books! They are both COMPLETELY different! And also, I've watched all the HArry Potter movies that are out so far and i've read all 7 books so I know what's happening and etc. Either way, I still do want to see it!

shakespeare Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 02:32 PM EST

Nothing beats a Hobbit!

to dis_app_oint Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 02:27 PM EST

Ummm....this is the TRAILER, not the MOVIE. It's supposed to give you a taste of what's to come, not be a mini version of the entire film.

P.S. I think it's brilliant. Can't wait!!

smurfette Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 12:46 PM EST

i was a late bloomer in the potter world. a friend of mine lent me the series a week before the final book was released... i read all 6 books in time to get the 7th from her three days after its release... LOVE the series...it's a fantastic story with a wonderful theme. LOVE (for your friends, for your family, for those you havent met yet) conquers all.

Beth Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 12:42 PM EST

I have loved reading all of these comments. Just knowing that so many people are just as excited as I am about this movie is very comforting and making me even more excited. Unbelievably psyched!!!!

smurfette Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 12:30 PM EST

poor poor jason. just another wahcked-out nutjob online looking to force his opinion on others. if he's so into his beliefs...isn't it sacreligious to just read this story?? hypocrite.

virginia Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 12:26 PM EST

Dont get me wrong I like the harry potter books but the movies have never really appealed to me that and the last book(book 7) Really disapointed me.so did the last movie.

virginia Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 12:23 PM EST

THIS TRAILER SUCKED GOODBYE HARRY HHHEEEELLLLOOOOO EDWARD!

REading102 Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 11:04 AM EST

why start a fight over harry potter and twilight there both awsome books and im sure movies...they each bring something different to the table

ali Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 10:31 AM EST

for all you twilighters move out of the way here come the wizards. GO DUMBLEDORES ARMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

orville Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 07:37 AM EST

I can't wait for Rickman's chance to tear up the screen in this one and the next two. I can't wait to see what they do with Narcissa too.

dis_app_oint Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 06:40 AM EST

It was creepy, but I'm not impressed. The book was so much more than this. Where is the fiesty Dumbledore, the horcrux search, Snape's memory and reveal (title), and the more important good wizard/bad wizard fight at the end. And Draco finally gets to act. Why go with this trailer??

bootsycolumbia Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 06:06 AM EST

I loathed OotP beyond belief, and I was ticked that David Yates is directing this one, but the trailer looks good. The kid playing Li'l Voldy looks like a great choice. Creepy, but with a lot of vulnerability. I'm like a lot of the posters here; I'll have to start rereading the series to get ready! Can't wait for November.

Nix Thu, Jul 31, 2008 at 03:01 AM EST

Oh dear God, look what you've done. A fanwar between the pouty adolescent girls of the world. I'm getting too old for this.

Isic Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 11:27 PM EST

this movie seems promising like the others yet i'm more interested to see if they go through with the duel of draco and harry in the bathroom or the fight on the astronomy tower or even the whole potions class with horace slughorn. if all these elements are not in play in thee movie i will be very disappointed!

Yasser Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 11:14 PM EST

Look's Great!
Hoping It's Good As The Book, Which Is My Favorite Of All!

Jenny Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 10:12 PM EST

Can't wait!! Yes, let's hope they haven't left out too much. JK is awesome! I'm reading the book again:)

hermione fan11 Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 09:19 PM EST

Crystal Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 09:03 PM EST

Aboluely all I care about with this movie is that they get the tone and reactions of Ron's poisoning down. If I don't get some awesome Hermoine/Emma stuff out of that I will be PISSED.

Good trailer.

paige Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 08:56 PM EST

hated it. period. if you want to see somthing actually good go to twilightthemovie.com and see the trailer for the best thing in the world.

babs Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 08:45 PM EST

That trailer was awesome! Looking forward to the movie!!

chamlo Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 08:39 PM EST

tina Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 07:12 PM EST

i saw a clip of the trailer on t.v and i just freaked out. instantly i checked online what date is the movie going to premiere. *____* i just watched the trailer like four times. so excited~!!!

LunaGirl Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 07:09 PM EST

I'm very excited about the movie, and I agree that the casting of little Voldermort was a job well done. I live in Illinois, so I'll be counting down the days until the election rather than the film. If my senator doesn't win, at least I'll have this film to be excited about. If you live in the US, VOTE; if not, pray for us.

Becky Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 07:01 PM EST

AWESOME!!!!!

Isabela Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 06:38 PM EST

Yeah I agree with you, I also do like Twilight, but J.K Rowling's work cannot be beat. Harry Potter and is my fave, but Twilight is good too-in my opinion- however not as good as Harry Potter. Sorry Twilight fans..!

Isabela Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 06:36 PM EST

Whoops bad grammar there.. I meant to say 'I hope the movie isn't too different from the book like the recent movies..' my bad.

Mikaela Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 06:35 PM EST

That looks amazing. im a twilight fan but hey i never stopped loving the harry potter movies!

Isabela Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 06:34 PM EST

OMG, the boy they chose for Tom Riddle is perfect! He doesn't seem as sweet as Harry just from his appearence, and the trailer makes me want to scream for more! I am soo excited for the movie to come out, I can't get enough of the books either.

I really hope tho, that the movies aren't too different from the books, like the recent movies.

DT Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 06:23 PM EST

So excited! By the way I'm a Christian too and all I see when I look at Harry Potter is a book about courage and friendship and love. Please know that the VAST majority of us see nothing wrong with these books.

Kimberly Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 06:19 PM EST

I'm too excited! This is my favorite of the books!

cc Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 05:38 PM EST

Can't wait....looks good!!

Emily Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 05:23 PM EST

I LOVE Harry Potter!!!!!!!! Can't wait for the 6th one to come out!!! YAY!!!!! I've read all of the books and seen all the movies!! I'm a huge fan!! :)

victor Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 04:43 PM EST

guys guys guys i m just getting mad to see this 6th movie........the most exciting part in the movie will be when the dumbledore and harry duo cross the deadly lake!!!!offcourse to find the horcrux....

Deb Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 04:42 PM EST

Young Hero looks creepy good as Tom Riddle. Can't wait. I still haven't tired of Harry, the movies or the books. I'm listening to them on audio books now.

Sweet Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 04:28 PM EST

WOW! I am sooo excited!!

LisaMama Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 04:05 PM EST

In the book, when Dumbledore meets Tom Riddle for the first time, the kid is demanding and feels vindicated when Dumbledore tells him that he is special; he says "I knew it!". It's the exact opposite of Harry, who can't believe that he could be special at all. His humbleness is part of what makes Harry a great hero. I think they've captures that mood and tone of Tom as a kid just perfectly.
BTW, I'm a Christian who loves harry Potter, because it's a great story of goodness fighting against the darkness. Many times, Harry lives or saves the day because he has friends that love and care about him (and that he loves and cares about); again, he's the exact opposite of the friend-less, bitter Tom Riddle.

ALI Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 03:26 PM EST

OMG i am so deeply in love with all the harry potter books and movies and when i read the 6th book and the part of the orphanage that is exactly what i saw in my head and i think micheal has grown to fit the part of dumbledore he matches his young self in the 7th book. And as for twilight and the two trailors... none add up to this, any ways twilight was made on a low buget so they are trying to get more attention for it to gross more money in the box. As for me vampires will allways be my second love next to wizards. I greww up with harry. When i was eleven i read the first. 12 the second and so on...

Anna Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 03:24 PM EST

I am so FREAKING excited! I still have chills. I have to re-read book 6 now...for the 4th time. I still cry when Dumbledore dies!

d k Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 03:10 PM EST

good heavens people, they are a series of fantasy books. I am a christian, and my kids read Potter, no problem with it, it's about good triumphing over evil. If you want to dump Potter, then Wizard of Oz, Snow White, etc all need to go too. Get some common sense please!

to trendy Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 03:08 PM EST

I thought Richard Harris was the perfect Dumbledore, but I do not like Michael Gambeon's portrayal at all, especially in the 5th movie where he yells at the students in an angry manner to get back to class. Dumbledore would never have done that.

trendy Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 02:58 PM EST

This book had Dumbledore running all over the place and being very active. I could not see Richard Harris doing that, but I do see Michael Gambian doing it. Get right on it dude!!!

Jenna Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 02:56 PM EST

Hmmm, not much in the way of a story here. IMHO this book was the most boring, so the trailer doesn't add much either. I am very curious how they will make this interesting...

Meg Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 02:50 PM EST

I can't believe this Bible/Harry Potter debate is STILL going on!

as for the trailer, it gave me chills, but this close to the release date I was expecting something more than a teaser trailer... I mean we have already gotten two trailers for Twilight!

Meredith Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 02:50 PM EST

I think that this teaser is brilliant! The theme of it is perfect, and just makes me want to see more. I can't wait for more info on this movie. Nov. 21st can't come soon enough!

Rese Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 02:49 PM EST

Oh how I have missed Harry.. I was very pleased with the last movie and I think David Yates is a perfect fit. I CANNOT WAIT!! Chills all around.

jade Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 02:43 PM EST

Awwwww Harry Potter Is Da Best x x x

Anna Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 02:32 PM EST

I haven't really enjoyed any of the Harry Potter movies to date. They all seem to be lacking in any real emotion or "magic." I'll probably see this one too but I'm not the least bit excited about it.

Classy Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 02:29 PM EST

As for the Christian subject matter...J.K. is obviously a believer. She doesn't make Jesus himself the centerpiece of her work, but there is still evidence of her belief throughout. They celebrate Christmas and Easter in the books after all. It's just fantasy. She's not trying to unseat God or get people to fanatsize about humans with God-like abilities. The wizards are mortal, make mistakes and are far from all-knowing and all-powerful. They can do things to objects without physically touching them, and that's about the extent of their greatness. J.K. was never trying to undermine God Almighty. It's not that serious.

Classy Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 02:18 PM EST

That gave me chills-in a good way. It was perfect. Harry has grown up, so the tone of the films and trailers are going to be darker and, thankfully, more cohesive since the director and screenwriters can abandon the strategy of straddling both the adolescent and adult genres. They can now dive into the serious, dangerous stuff head first. I'm so anxious to see this movie now. The excitement is coursing through me so fast that I can barely type.

MiMi Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:45 PM EST

PS NOTE: Not enough room to add last sentence, no sex before marriage is not just single mom's, I bet there many church attending people, who are of age, and not of age who are not waiting until marriage "as the bible" states to.

Donna Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:43 PM EST

In all works of great literature you will find that life itself is the profound influence behind the theme and plot, as well as the well fleshed-out characters the drive them. What we see in the works begs the question as to who we are, but I think JK made her point very clear in the beginning when Harry stated; "I'm just Harry!"
Ordinary kids making tough decisions and doing the best they can with what knowledge they have.
As for the Christian thought, as the old saying goes; 'If you want to get to heaven, you gotta raise a little hell!' And if that's too confusing to the Potter haters, think of it this way, how can one measure his faith if he has nothing from which to counter it with. Hummm.

Mimi Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:42 PM EST

PLEAZZZZZZZZZZ! Don't miss up the church with "fantasy", no more than Mickey Mouse or the Disney Princesses are not real. The bible say "no sex before marriage too." However, majority of moms are NOT married!

Christian, not Close-Minded Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:37 PM EST

Oh for the love, are we still arguing about this? The books are filled with Christian symbolism and the seventh book QUOTES SCRIPTURE for goodness sake! Even Chuck Colson likes them. If you ignorant fundies are bored, go protest His Dark Materials or something worth the time and effort.

m Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:36 PM EST

Even though little Tom Riddle is a creepy, he's also a little sweet and vulnerable--he seems to desperately want Dumbledore's acceptance. No one ever loved him and so he filled his soul with all the power he could grasp. I like that they're playing him not like some full-on-creepy, child-of-the-corn kind of character, but more complicated before he became pure evil.

Tingly!

erider Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:34 PM EST

I am a Christian and while I respect peoples right to an opinion, I don't find anything demonic in these books. If anything I believe it is a great tale of the power of good overcoming the powers of darkness. Most people who go on about evil of this series have never read them and only know what others have told them. I believe in Galations Paul speaks of freedom in Christ Jesus. I hope the others on this board don't view Christianity from a viewpoint of a few very loud individuals. Read the bible for yourself and come to the conclusions God can give you. Don't group all Christians in the same boat!

BC Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:28 PM EST

The flash of fire is from the scene on the black lake (with the Inferie)...or at least that's what the caption on Yahoo said. lol

Karen Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:25 PM EST

I'm with you Beth. I never get tired of re-reading the Potter books (and Narnia); especially before a movie comes out. I always pick up something I missed in a previous reading. I'm almost to my 60's and I can't wait for the movie; I've got the DVD's, too. Come on November!!!!

Mary Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:23 PM EST

are you kidding me? What a GREAT trailer! Oh and BTW the harry potter hater talking about christ and the devil and witchcraft lets remember that this is NOT REAL! ITS A MOVIE. If you dont want your kids to see it that is your deal but dont run and use the bible as an excuse to not like the movie.

Amy Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:22 PM EST

Today is my birthday YAY!

indigo Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:22 PM EST

yeah i believe this movie is gonna rock everyone's socks off! I mean the little boy Riddle he's just plain creepy, I mean come on perfect! I have been reading this series since iwas in 4th grade i think and im going to be a juior so yeah. I own every single movie. I am potter obsessed. Im also a christian too so yeah. If they mess this one up as bad as the 3rd one ima be pissed. because i believe the 3rd one was the most screwed up one.

Prof. Trelawney Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:10 PM EST

"...the Bible warns that witchcraft is forbidden and is connected the demonic."

I wonder, my dear, what the Tarot Cards would say, hmmm?

Read a book, for crying out loud! ANY book! If you would actually READ the BOOKS, you would find all kinds of Christian themes. I'd rather have my kids read Harry Potter and make up their own minds about things than read the Bible and blindly follow some evangelical Voldemort because he is supposedly The Right Way. (You realize Voldemort is symbolic of the Devil and Harry is Christ, don't you?)

Off the soapbox now.

TheRealHermione Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 01:09 PM EST

I love my birthday. Why? Because a Harry Potter flick comes out around it!
I was on every possible website last night at 8pm when it debuted (sp?). I have been watching it every time I'm on the computer. Heard rumor that one of the flashes of fire is supposedly Dumbledore's death on the Astronomy tower.

Mrs. Wang Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 12:56 PM EST

I hope this movie sticks more with the book. From the 4th book on they have been messing with Harry's story. And, where I ask you, has Dobby gone? Neville has been given all his parts - what are they going to do in the last movie when Dobby dies - kill Neville? Oh, I hope the movie is as good as the trailers! The trailers for Ootp got me excited but the movie broke my heart!

Nat X Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 12:36 PM EST

GOOSEBUMPS! Brings new meaning to the word "nepotism," but they did choose a great kid! Lil' Voldemort was very creepy in the book. (And if reading a book that has magic in it means I must practice magic, then I guess watching shows like "ER" means I must be a practicing doctor!)

Anne Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 12:34 PM EST

HP demonic? My sister in law is one of the holier than thou thumpers who hates Harry Potter. She started questioning the status of my soul when she saw the Hard Backs in the bookshelf. All it took was me asking "have you ever actually read a Potter book?" "No, but in my church they said..." I cut her off and told her to get a life, read the books and stop spewing lies based on thumper propaganda in my home. (Her poor kid cornered me wanting to know all about HP because his mom would not let him read them because of the devil writing it. Seriously)
If you take the hell route with HP, better make sure your little babes don't read or watch Disney stories. Talking animals? All the magic and good/bad witches(watch out for that "fairy Godmother"-she will turn your precious Ashleigh into a devil worshipper). And no Santa and the Tooth Fairy---deer don't fly without magic! Holy She-at, Fairies in the house! And whatever you do don't let your kids participate in Halloween festivities.

Grace Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 12:31 PM EST

I'm Christian and I love Harry Potter. Let's not be so quick to judge all the Christians ok?

G Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 12:30 PM EST

As for differences, I kind of remembered Dumbledore not showing any reaction to what young Tom Riddle was saying at the orphanage (book) as opposed to him stopping and sort of reacting when Tom said he speaks to snakes (trailer). I STILL CAN'T WAIT TO SEE :)

Ann Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 12:28 PM EST

YAY! I am so ready for November. Bring on the turkey, cold weather and Harry Potter on the big screen!

KCOman Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 12:27 PM EST

"keep in mind the Bible warns that witchcraft is forbidden and is connected the demonic."

The Bible also tells us to Stone stuborn children to death, sell your daughter to settle a debt, and wemon must have there hands removed if the grab a mans privates during an argument.

I think I would refer to live under the Harry Potter system if it were in fact REAL!!

Lauren Wed, Jul 30, 2008 at 12:26 PM EST

That looks fantastic! I'm so glad that David Yates is directing this one. I loved what he did with OotP.

Hero certainly looks like his Uncle Ralph. Good casting!

How can anyone say that the book is Anti-Christ? For any HP reader there (who has probably read all 7 books again and again), we all know the theme of love and goodness, family and courage are the main plotlines of the book (esp. near the end of book 7). How can that all be anti Christ? Anyway, I saw the trailer last night and I cant wait for November!!!!!

Well, I must say that the boy riddle was much more charming (a little) than all of that, but I am extremely excited. I didn't think one was coming out this year, but it is and I can't wait

How can a book series be the Anti-Christ? Just wondering. Unless Harry is going to leap from the pages or JK Rowling is somehow going to become the leader of the new world, I doubt very much that this is anything beyond fiction that pleases the senses!

Much better trailer than that teaser one from a few weeks ago that only had DD's voice and nothing else!! I agree that a re-read is in order!! The only series of books I've ever been able to re-read other than Narnia. Awesome!

I detest the increasing reliance on these crappy embedded YouTube-like videos for stuff like music videos and especially movie trailers when there are venues to see stuff like the new Harry Potter trailer online in HD.

re: Ron and Ginny. Ron was on the floor w/ HP bending over him, presumably after his near-poisoning. And Ginny was in a bathrobe(?) w/ her wand outside, not sure what part that is. SO EXCIIIIIIIIIIIIITEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDD!
