Sesame Street turns out to be Feist's natural habitat

Right?! She's just always seemed to have some Muppet coding in her DNA. And I mean that in the nicest possible way, because so do I. (Here's proof!)

One complaint, though. Everyone is counting... BUT WHERE IS THE COUNT? He looooooves to count! "Ha, ha, ha, ha, haaaaaaaaa."

Hee - love it!

I love when SS incorporates pop music into the show. My daughter always jumps right in when Shiny Happy People comes on the radio...of course she knows REM from their rendition of Furry Happy Monsters...

Wicked cute! Annie, are you sure you and Janice weren't separated at birth?

blackjeans Thu, Jul 17, 2008 at 12:14 PM EST

Ahhhh, Annie, I love the pic of you and Janice! Two beautiful muppets!

I actually teared up when the chickens popped up. "Chickens just back from the shore." It was so old school Muppets, I was instantly taken back to my childhood! Sometimes I forget that Sesame Street kept going after I stopped watching. Yeah for Feist!

Great! A very sweet, old-school parody. Love the chickens. Anything gets funnier when there are chickens involved. Also, where can I get that boho blouse??

That was great. I think Sesame Street tries to entertain adults just as much as they do kids.

That was a really great play on her video. I'm sure there will be 5 year olds singing that till their parents can't stand it. :)

Oh, yay!

Jason - I'm with you. I'm 32 years old, but if I'm home sick from work you can bet I'm watchin' Sesame Street. Muppets = Joy.

Jason Thu, Jul 17, 2008 at 08:06 AM EST

That was lovely. She fits right in. My dream would to spend just a day on Sesame Street.
