I am so glad that Deanna picked Jesse. She really matured as the show evolved and didn't necessarily go with the tall, dark handsome type-Jeremy was sweet but I feel that he was insecure,too serious,little sense of humor and perfectionistic. Graham, her other favorite, seemed too self-absorbed and, to quote his mother, was "a loner." These guys may mature one day but Deanna didn't want to wait around to see. In my opinion, Jason had great qualities and will easily find a woman but had an agenda and a lot at stake needing a mother for his boy-soon it seems! People thought Deanna led him on and traumatized his son-give me a break-they obviously don't have kids! Kids are resilient-I know bc I have 2 teenagers. Finally...despite what that first reviewer said (Jesse with the 'hooked nose')noone's perfect. Jesse and Deanna Rock!! I'm Jenesing too! Love,love,loved this show! Deannas' sincerity had me hooked from the beginning. There were so many more heartfelt moments than previous shows that it felt real as opposed to just entertainment. Real connections, not just a bunch of immature people out to have a little fun. This is what made this show really work and very different. I cared about these people and how it would turn out in the end. There was talk at the end from Jason and Jeremy about how Deanna had that special "look" for Jesse that they never saw from her. How about the way Jesse looked at Deanna....straight through her with nothing but his heart on his sleeve. She is one lucky girl! Would love to see more of these two.

Totally agree with all the DeAnna and Jesse fans. I loved this episode more than any of the others. The two seem to be genuine and down to earth and I was moved to tears so many times by Jesse's honesty. That has never happened to me before. I would also love to see some of the footage that ended up on the ABC editing floor. Maybe all the fans should get together and write to ABC about that. Didn't see enough of them in the episodes. I also search the web regularly to find out more about them. Hope to see the wedding on TV.

At the end of the special "Where are they Now", they showed Brad eating a sandwhich while watching Jesse propose to DeAnna. I hope she has a sense of humor about that, and then he changes the channel. Trista was devastated when the first Bachelor told her she was the one, and then picked the young big bossom girl. She is now able to speak about it , and probably feels lucky that it happened. It is possible that your soulmate is not there, and that is why Brad and Jenn (when she returned as the Bachelorette after breaking up with Firestone), both chose no one at the end. Most of the people broke up, and some might have been on the show to further their careers, or just play around. The best thing from this season, is when the show works, it is wonderful. I think ABC will bring out the big bucks to offer Jesse and DeAnna a televised wedding. IT boosts ratings, and helps keep this reality show going strong. It is nice to see that people can fall in LOVE!!

Just watched "Where are they Now". It is nice that many of the people on the show are now in a relationship, engaged or married. You certainly get seen by many people while on TV, and I think it increases your chances and encourages you to meet so many more people. I was annoyed seeing some of the Bachelors, who were being silly or bragging, and it is strange about Mary and Byron--she hit him and they still are not married!! It is ironic that both Ryan and Jesse are from the verrry cold Colorado areas!! Jesse said that De Anna wants 3 children before she is 30.Then he said that they would enjoy eachother for 5 years like Ryan and Trista and then have a child. It probably is too much pressure for a free spirit like Jesse to have the "time limit" that DeAnna wants, but they can discuss that with each other. She definitely would have had a different situation getting right into Jason's "family routine, although they would have had love there. With Jeremy-serious. GOOD LUCK IN LOVE!

I think Jesse and DeAnna make a great couple. The show really likes to keep you guessing and they really accomplished that this season.

man, i wish they would air all the cutting room footage of these two from the show since they obviously really fell in love. Jesse's adorable and obviously got a great head on his shoulders and Deanna made the perfect choice, making her not only beautiful but smart!!!- i hope she doesn't curtail Jesse's snowboarding too much since it's gotten him where he is today, you have to remember when men do what they love they are always totally successful.

I am relieved that Deanna did not chose Jason! He is way too considerate and kind-hearted for the serious, abrupt, get-to-the point, Deanna. I think if she had picked Jason, she would have to share his time and affections with his son Ty and she would not be okay with that in the long run. As for her picking Jesse, I am shocked and dismayed. He seems like a kid who still needs to sow his wild oats and hang loose, whereas Deanna seems like a mom type cooking in the kitchen with kids hanging onto her apron strings. Do I see them together forever-----NOT!!!!

DeAnna and Jesse seem to have what it takes to stay together. All of these activities they are involved in are keeping many of us in touch with them, so the "letdown" has not occurred yet. Hopefully, when that happens these two will have the much needed glue to stay together. Hype has a way of glossing over reality, and both DeAnna and Jesse have not experienced the simple day-to-day making it work type of relationship that will eventually determine how strong their relationship is. Time will tell...

By the second episode of the show I took a good look at Jesse and thought how genuine and good looking he was, like a diamond in the rough, and wondered if he would be the one in the end. Jason was so handsome and fun to be with and a really good guy too, but the thing about Jason I kept wondering is why his marriage didn't last. Too much baggage, and too soon for another serious relationship. Deanne did make an excellent choice, and the love she and Jesse feel for each other is so obvious, it is fantastic to see! Every long lasting relationship should start with absolute star-struck love like that! Wow! Can't get enough of this fantasy/reality TV! Congratulations to them!

Jesse was my favorite from the beginning, but I never thought she would pick him. He was the only one of the guys who was real. He had fun and didn't get overly competitive. You could see his feelings for DeAnna grow over the course of the show. I thought he was adorable before he proposed. Isn't that how a guy is supposed to be? Nervous, jittery, excited. Jason was so cocky. He was convinced that DeAnna was going to pick him. He showed no emotion. He wasn't looking for a wife, he was looking for a mother for his child.

There is a special of the Bachelor on Monday, July 14th at 8 pm. THere will be some of the past Bachelors and Bachelorettes, as well as Deanna and Jesse. It is strange--my TV guide, which is printeded ahead of time, said, The Bachelorette-Engagement Party" I wonder why they changed the theme of the show, but I will watch it anyway. I know they are doing "Bachelor" next, but I wish they would do more of the "Bachelorette" themes. THis was the best one yet, and it is nice to believe in TRUE LOVE!

I cannot get enough of Jesse and DeAnna! They are so adorable together and seem perfectly suited for another. I like to see a couple that brings out the best in each other, and they truly seem to. Jesse and DeAnna really are a perfect fit and they complement one another in so many ways.

This was the best season of the Bachelor/ette series ever, even though they gave us too much Jason and not enough Jesse. Jason's great, of course, but the producers were so over-cautious in not wanting to let the ending out that they led many viewers too far astray. For that reason alone, I think ABC owes it to their both their viewers and Jesse and DeAnna to show us their happy ending next May! (And I sure as heck wouldn't mind seeing some of the footage of them that ended up on the cutting room floor.)

Jesse was my pick from Day 1. Loved how he showed up, not putting on any airs, with his jeans, quirky jacket and pink shoe-laces. He sure got her attention and he only got cuter and cuter as the weeks went on and we all got to see his personality unfold! I for one, can't wait to see what this couple does in the future and I will watch the wedding (which of course will be televised), and I LOVE that they have put up a web-site already. By the way, I am 40-something, female, head-of-household and the main shopper of the family (an ad-exec's dream demographic I believe).

Jesse is a Prince who just 'happens' to snowboard. Every minute on that grueling stressful show he was calm, cool, and collected. He will get tons of job offers. DeAnna? You are one smart gal to keep your head under such stressful circumstances. I love Jessie! I love Jason and I am so concerned that he was away from his son for that wild goose chase. DeAnne on the bachelor was a different personality than the girl portrayed this season. I disagree about chemistry. I don't see it. Glad she awned up to being like Brad. Let's hope we never hear , "You broke my heart! again. I know alot of Texan's and none of them are that into themselves. Jessie is so loved by his parents that is was a real blessing seeing them shine over their boy. Hearing her say they argue every day causes me concern and it doesn't look like her family truely welcomes Jessie. That caused sadness in the viewers. I'm glad it's over and it wasn't the happy beautiful, romantic ending of London calling. Shane was perfect and better live up to the final rose happy ever after vision she was before she looses that hunka, hunka burnin' love.

I love to see what happens after shows... that’s how I found this article! So often then not these endings turn out horribly, but there are those rare instances where things are just meant to be. I really wanted her to pick Jason at the end, but seeing Jesse and D together on the "After the Final Rose” show really put it into perspective on why she made her choice. You can't fake chemistry like that no matter what. They are really in love and their giddiness proved it. Maybe things change a few months from now (knock on wood), but for right now there is no doubt that they're really happy together. Any relationship can go sour (even 20 years down the line), but it’s the work you’re willing to put into it and it seems these two are fighters. Good Luck D&J!!!!

I have watched The Bachelorette for a while now. I have to see your's was the best season so far. You are so real and honest and a happy person. I'm very happy for you and Jesse. Who care's what people say, the only thing that matters is how you feel. Jesse seems like an awesome person. I wish you both the best of luck for your lifetime.

Yes, I love to see the updates on couples. I just want everyone to be happy! Trista & Ryan's wedding was a beautiful and more interesting than a scripted lame series.
Reality TV is here and if you don't like it, don't watch it. But why do you think they get such high ratings?

Looks aren't what it is about. Personality and chemistry are. The heart is what tells you that you don't want to be with anyone else, cause this person makes you happy. Besides, DeAnna is so beautiful, who is going to look at Jesse? He is cute anyway.
