Bonjovi_l Buried deep in an SI.com interview with Philadelphia Soul owner Jon Bon Jovi comes news that Bon Jovi will play Central Park. "We always end every tour at Giants Stadium, but we're going to do Central Park this year," Jon said. "That hasn't been announced yet, there you go, we're doing Central Park."

My first reaction: OMFG!* I can hear the chorus to "Livin' on a Prayer" already, and we sound amazing, New York. My second reaction: Wait. You don't like crowds.

What's your reaction?

* Already overused? Come on. It was my first time.

I think it is great. I have been telling everyone and everyone is excited as well. Great opportunity for Bon Jovi to be remembber in a special way. Almost like Woodstock

I think it's great that they might do central park since they really haven't been in the ny, long island area and everything for the garden on the 14 and 15 of July is basically sold out, so I am very excited, hopefully the date can be confirmed as soon as possible

It should be at the Brighton Beach Bandshell where there would be a lot more crowd control.

A free concert? In the park? I was at the Garth Brooks one back in '97 and it was a BLAST. And I hate country music. But I LOVE Bon Jovi. Imagine the awesomeness. I'm so there.

I love the fact that someone in the Popwatch world reads si.com, too. Yay sports! OMFG is definitely overused. You get a pass because it's your first (and hopefully last) time.

OMFG is quickly becoming the new Whazzup, but since 'Livin' on a Prayer' is the new/old 'Mr. Brightside', I'll let it pass. For Tommy and Gina.

* No - you added the "F", bringing some originality to it. However, if you want to clue in the gal who sits behind me that saying "OMG" to everything - at 42 years old - is a smidge on the ridiculous side, I'd appreciate it.
