One giant leap for Gladiatorkind

NBC's revamped American Gladiators is such a huge hit that MGM is going to bring back the kids version of the show, Gladiators 2000. Check out a jocked-up (because he's wearing a jersey) Ryan Seacrest as G2's co-host, unfortunately not wearing a Huge Upper Body costume like the Gladiators in that show. Personally, I'd rather watch reruns of Nickelodeon's GUTS on the GAS network. Why the hell did they stop running those? Horrible executive decision. Miss you every night, Mo! Anyway, here's Ryan, below. (Thanks to PopCandy for the heads-up on the clip.)

You know who could totally win Gladiators 2000? EW.com's own Fuel and Cupcake.

Do you think the return of Gladiators 2000 is a good idea? I only do if it can seamlessly merge Kid Nation to create one huge joke.

Am I the only adult who watches "Endurance"? Best. Kids. Competition. Ever.

while i mourn the loss of nick gas and my beloved legends of the hidden temple, now i get like three times as much degrassi, which i have to say is sooo much better

i know why GAS isn't around anymore...because they showed the same episodes of the same four shows for 24 hours. they never changed anything up or added new (old) shows. you could tell that somebody hit the button to start the station almost a decade ago and no one touched a thing with it since.
As for G2....wow...horrible. the one thing i always wanted to do was assault (other than the eliminator). but what fun would it be to shoot a guy with a fake costume chest? i want to dodge!

Bring back GUTS!! I'd rather watch that over the lame Gladiators 2000 anyday. I want to see people climb the Aggro Crag!!!

Screw Gladiators 2000, bring back GUTS!

I would rather watch NickGas shows like GUTS and especially Legends of the Hidden Temple. I saw that 90s Kids Gladiators clip. I liked that the kids got to shoot the gladiators in assault, but I didn't like that some of the prizes were going to the kids' schools. What did the schools do to deserve the prizes? Nothing and that's what they deserve. The school (elementary through high) would be lucky to even get a shout-out from me!

I was a contestant on GUTS back in the day. I was the girl in purple who got creamed by both boy contestants.

...and yes, Moira was just as cool as you'd imagine!!
