Who's missing from our list of best 'American Idol' auditions?

Jan 30, 2008, 05:21 PM | by Michael Slezak

Categories: 'American Idol'

Idol_l Oh yeah. I just threw down -- threw down my list of the 12 Best American Idol Auditions of All Time, that is. (Click here to read it.) You'll note there are some controversial choices (including a couple of contestants who never even made the finals) and some big-name omissions (sorry, not every champ made the best first impression). Either way, though, I figured all you Idol junkies would want a forum to discuss your own Top 12 lists, and to unleash your inner Simons (or Paulas) regarding my selection. Let the fun and debating begin in the comments section below!

UPDATE: Technical issues with the gallery have been resolved. Click through the whole thing, then come back here and throw down.

idolangelx13 Thu, Jul 3, 2008 at 02:43 PM EST

I cant believe that Clay Aikens audition wasnt on the list!!! but im so glad Taylor was on the list cos that was the 2nd audition after Clay that took me by surprise. Also Sundance Head and Elliott Yamin should have been on the list

GB Wed, May 14, 2008 at 01:50 PM EST

Frenchie Davis should always be condiered number 1 in american idol audition rankings and Lakisha Jones' audition is stuff of legend as well.

cordelia Wed, May 14, 2008 at 01:40 AM EST

i am on your side about Carrie Underwood's audition, Slezak. But I think you might forgot Kady Malloy (Season 7). That one was really an eye-catching show, with Kady's impression of Britney Spears and Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats"... :) it's sad to know that Kady didn't even make it to the top 12

MamaG Mon, May 5, 2008 at 12:05 PM EST

I have 2 all-time favorite auditions. William Hung showed us his best stuff (which was awful by any standards) and then respectfully accepted the judges rejection without a tantrum...I'm thrilled he had a chance to be a "star" of sorts! My other favorite was Darwin, who planned on "bringing sexy back", was working on a novella with her Mom-who looked like Darwin's twin, and then belted out the most horrific version of Don't Cha Wish Your Girlfriend Was HOT Like Me? ever performed on the planet. Another dignified exit after taking the judges criticism, too. That's what's missing from the "worst" auditions-you put yourself out there to be judged, so take the judgement and deal with it!
Every audition brings something new to the table-good or bad-and you have to admit that the bad auditions are the ones you always remember.

anonymous Sun, Mar 23, 2008 at 10:16 PM EST

Melinda Doolittle's audition deserves to be in this list, no question in my mind.

betsy Thu, Feb 14, 2008 at 01:28 PM EST

How could you leave out Elliott Yamin?!

pat Mon, Feb 4, 2008 at 11:46 AM EST

My all time favorite Idol is Justin Guarini.
No one has looked like him, sounded like him or had the reach out and grab the audience charisma of him . Justin has always been very unique and very special and what the Anerican Idol is supposed to be all about.
Thank you for finally acknowleging his incredible talent.
The judges were amazed by Justin's talent. He still has the Star Qualtiy "It" factor that they and the rest of America saw and loved in Justin.
He is NOT a punchline and he deserves respect and accolades for the multitalented performer he is!
Thanks for including him on your list and I hope to see Justin featured more in E.W soon!

serenity Mon, Feb 4, 2008 at 10:46 AM EST

You're a brave man, Slezak and an honest one. There's no disagreeing with the first three picks all were astonishingly good. Naturally the fantards are out to bash because they're favorites weren't picked but sorry, neither Clay's or Elliott's initial auditions were that memorable and Clay didn't even make it the first round.

ungentlemanly conduct Sun, Feb 3, 2008 at 10:47 PM EST

Melinda Doolittle was undoubtably right at the top. The judges looked stunned as she belted out "For Once in my Life", and for once were speechless for a moment when she finished. Simon called her a "brilliant singer", and repeated it in case we misunderstood the first time. Marks out of 10: 11.

mereed3929 Sun, Feb 3, 2008 at 07:41 PM EST

Did EW finnaly come to its senses, and discover Justin Guarini? Considering the way they've treated him in the past, one has to ask will wonders never cease? Of course they have to throw in some snarky comments to keep their rag-mag credentials, but yes, that's right, Justin is one of the most talented singers to come from AI. Great move, figuring that out, EW! You're only 5 years late.

Rick Sun, Feb 3, 2008 at 05:41 PM EST

ELLIOTT YAMIN...nuff said!

Rob Sun, Feb 3, 2008 at 05:15 PM EST

Where's William Hung?

laura (idolreview.net) Sun, Feb 3, 2008 at 03:50 PM EST

One of my favorites was when Chris Daughtry sang "The Letter." At that moment, I predicted him to win...which he should have!

Katie Sun, Feb 3, 2008 at 02:05 PM EST

Clay's audition is one of the most famous (and best--still gives me chills!) of the entire series!! Why isn't he on your list?? I think Chris Daughtry should be up there too, I remember his audition being played over and over on commercials and thinking to myself how wonderful that season was going to be! Also I think Kelly deserves to be bumped up a few places...

jackie Callahan Sat, Feb 2, 2008 at 05:52 PM EST

Elliott yamin!!!!!!!

bree Sat, Feb 2, 2008 at 04:06 PM EST

Vanessa Olivarez's audition singing Bohemian Rhapsody remains one of my all-time favorites!
http://youtube.com/watch?v=3vg5tEAoyJY

GwennyD Fri, Feb 1, 2008 at 10:55 AM EST

Melinda Doolittle's audition deserves notice, if only for the looks on the judges' faces. That was priceless.

paige Fri, Feb 1, 2008 at 07:12 AM EST

MELINDA DOOLITTLE HAD SUCH A GOOD AUDITION!

Stitch Fri, Feb 1, 2008 at 02:28 AM EST

I ended up hating the guy, but Scot Savol's audition was unforgetable. I was prepared for tuneless garbage, but once he opened his mouth and that angelic voice came out of that body... that was a true goosebump moment for me.

One thing I would like to point out is that Carrie, after all of her fame and accolades, kinda still looks like the same person she always was--maybe just a little more polished. Good for her!

RBlues Fri, Feb 1, 2008 at 12:24 AM EST

To Pat: I totally agree with you. That was the best Hollwood week showing ever--chill inducing and most creative! But then again, that's a whole 'nother blog!

Pat Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 10:17 PM EST

OK, while this is technically not their audition, but rather during the Hollywood elimination, but does anyone remember the quartet of Blake Lewis, Chris Sligh et al, singing How Deep is Your Love? That was simply FANTASTIC!

Joshua Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 06:56 PM EST

I absolutely agree with you with Paris Bennett, but I think it's a mistake not to have Melinda Doolittle's amazing audition of "For Once in My Life" in the top three, let alone outside the top 12.

Others that stand out: Mikalah Gordon's "Lullaby of Birdland" showed so much promise that was never fulfilled; Nadia Turner's "Until You Come Back to Me" was one of the most original auditions; and Anwar Robinson's crisp "You Are the Sunshine of My Life."

Eva_baby Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 06:21 PM EST

I liked Nikko Smith's audition.

Nikki Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 04:18 PM EST

While I don't agree with your entire list, I definitely agree with your #1. Paris Bennett's audition was quite possibly the most sublime and thoroughly satisfying minute of music in my entire life. Listening to her singing didn't just give me chills, the first time I heard her sing "Take Five", my heart literally fluttered and I thought I was going to cry from joy, it was that freakin' good. It was at that moment that I fell in love with AI, thinking it was going to be like this all the time, me being wowed by the supreme talents of unknowns. Then I realized how incredibly boring and annoying that show is and now I just pop in my Season 1 Arrested Development DVD and listen to "Final Countdown".

supermart Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 03:26 PM EST

You forgot Mc Pheever's audition. She was great! She and Paris Bennet were best auditioners in season 5. And, sorry, but I think Taylor Hicks had a terrible audition. As I always do, I have to agree with Cowell when he said "No"...

The Fourth Judge Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 03:25 PM EST

That had to be the most INACCURATE IDOL LIST of all time. Not only did you omit so many memorable Idol auditions by such Idol greats as Clay Aiken (the surprise of Season 2!), Jennifer Hudson (even though she needed a stylist, homegirl could SANG!), Josh Gracin, Latoya London, Chris Daughtry, Ace Young, Christina Christian, RJ Helton, Tamyra Gray... you did so by exalting some of the most forgettable riff-raff ever to air, like Sundance Head, Chris Sligh, Taylor Hicks, and Brandon Rogers. Taylor Hicks is a downright embarassment, right down to the Tourettes-like spasm pose he has in the picture you posted. Paris Bennett at Number One??!!?? What a joke! The ONE AND ONLY saving grace to this otherwise pitiful roundup was the inclusion of Lindsey Cardinale, the girl-who-shoulda-gone-way-further-but-didn't in Season 4. But overall, this list is as throwaway as most of the Idols on it. Get a clue!

Alex M. Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 03:11 PM EST

The moment Jordin Sparks opened her mouth, I instantly knew she would win the competition. Her rendition of Celine Dion's "Because You Love Me" was nothing short of astounding. Every single note she sang was perfect and she radiated charisma and confidence the entire time. Not to mention, the girl's got a killer smile.

Bear Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 02:33 PM EST

Well, this list is missing Clay (there will never be more surprise than that one) and Jennifer Hudson* - asterisk because they left her audition for a "best of the rest"-type show and she was, as usual, phenomenal. Oh, and the Rachel girl from last season, I think her last name was Zavita. Maybe she'll show up next week. Notice how they can boot people during Hollywood week and never have to give the viewers a reason why or even show them sing? I'm sure she was awesome and they just couldn't reconcile with her look--funny for a show that gave us, well, Clay, and Ruben, and Bo, and...

John Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 02:06 PM EST

Mr. Slezak, you have once again proved that you more than anyone know what you're talking about. Great top 12 auditions list, even if it missed a few (you can't fit them all), and Paris's audition will definitely withstand the test of time. No one has or will ever even come close.

joblo Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 02:04 PM EST

I have to agree with Paris. I will never forget the chills I had watching that.

Memphisbelle70 Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 02:02 PM EST

WOW, thanks Rosa for posrting LeKeisha's audition!!!!!!! Unbelievable-how did that not make the list???????

Robin Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 01:57 PM EST

LaKeisha's Think, Freedom was amazing. Elliott and Bo for sure should be on that list!!!!!!!!!!

mark Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 01:36 PM EST

Any list that includes Kimberley Locke and Frenchie Davis among the best is just right with me!!!!!!! I'm just surprised Michael didn't try to pimp his love for Treneyce yet again. I am usually right in sync with Michael's choices, but I will never understand the love he has poured on Treneyce over the years.

kaf Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 01:09 PM EST

How could you forget Clay Aiken's audition!? He looked like such a dork - and then he said he could've made Top 10 the previous season - and I was like, get out of here. Then he sang! Wow! I learned not to judge auditioners' appearances, and he's been my favorite Idol ever since.

Stephanie T. Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 01:00 PM EST

A piece of Bo's audition aired towards the end of season 3. And Taylor is a good singer but was marketed incorrectly. He can't be Top 40 and sing blues or gospel. The last jazz/blues artist to attempt that feet was Kenny G way back in 1988. BTW: where is LaToya London?

Trish Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 12:47 PM EST

Where is CLAY on the list? His audition was amazing! I would also add Elliot and Melinda to the great audtions list.

mscisluv Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 12:20 PM EST

Kelly Clarkson's audition was awesome - very entertaining, and you can tell she has a great personality. There was a girl last season who skipped school, and she could sing opera, pop, everything. I think her name was Rachel? I was shocked that she didn't make it past Hollywood, because she was incredible.

Jalenfan Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 11:04 AM EST

Tamyra Gray's Vision of Love was awesome.

Tasha Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 11:03 AM EST

Tamara Gray; She placed 4th in the 1st Season, but she was amazing everytime she performed. Her audition was featured on some of the first commercials of American Idol to get people interested. She should have been listed as the best audition of all time simply for that reason.

GwennyD Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 10:53 AM EST

Mikalah Gordon also had a great audition. Pitch-perfect, even if it was only one time.

marie71 Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 10:49 AM EST

How could Clay Aiken have been omitted? He had an amazing, very memorable audition.

GwennyD Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 10:36 AM EST

Uhhhhh...Michael? Where's Melinda Doolittle? Jennifer Hudson? Katharine McPhee? Elliott Yamin?

Heather Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 10:31 AM EST

Okay, scoffing at Frenchie is laughable. Chick can SANG. One of my favorite auditions not on the list was Bo Bice's audition.

denny Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 10:24 AM EST

My two favorites never made it past Hollywood, and I don't even remember their names, but these auditions made quite the impression:
1. The goth chick who sang "Phantom of the Opera", hit every single note, and then admitted to never having taken singing lessons. To which Paula, in a rare moment of lucidity, responded: "I wouldn't even take vocal lessons." I think her name was Brianna something? Gave me chills all up and down my spine.
2. The girl in season 2 who chose to sing a song that she wrote, a lovely little ditty called "You Can Take Forever and Shove it Up Your *ss". Not the greatest singer in the world, but well above average. It was the song that made it for me. Don't even pretend you didn't laugh when you heard it. I bet if she wrote the song(s) for the finale, it would be worth a million This Is My Nows or My Destinies.
Honorable mention to Nicole Lattieri (?), the memorable "Scooter Girl" who proved she had actual talent by singing Celine Dion without making me vomit.

Chansen Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 09:00 AM EST

I agree with you about Amy Adams. Awesome audition. Frenchie? BLECH! Elliott should have been on your list. But my all time favorite and original...memorable and unique...the one and only Blake Lewis!

Laura Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 08:45 AM EST

I agree with Corran - Katharine McPhee should be on there - her rendition of God Bless the Child gave me chills - she was my favorite from that point on. Melinda Doolittle's was amazing too. And Paris at number 1? She was good, but not that good.

CY Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 08:35 AM EST

The first time I heard Paris Bennett sing, I had chills. Chills, I tell you! All through season 5, she never ceased to amaze me. Very few people make me want to applaud in my own living room, but Paris did, every Tuesday night.

Mark M. Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 07:01 AM EST

I would have included Bailey Brown from Season 6. As Simon said at the audition, She was 'Commercial with a capital C". A very memorable audition that people are still talking about. Unfortunately, she found herself in the wrong group during Hollywood week, completely forgot her lyrics and crash & burned. But I don't think we've seen the last of her.

justin Castillo Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 06:49 AM EST

Did LaToya London or Jennifer Hudson sing "First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" when they auditioned? I know it stunned Simon.

justin Castillo Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 06:21 AM EST

While I know we never saw Elliott Yamin's audition as much as Frenchie's, I hope his official introduction during Hollywood Week makes your next list of Best Hollywood Week Moments Ever. From the moment that Brittenum twin got angry, it began a moment so surprising, it can't be misinterpreted in the Idol Bible.

Rosa Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 04:45 AM EST

NineDaves Wed. 6:41pm below put the Jennifer Hudson audition URL twice and forgot to put the Mandisa audition URL-
here it is:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4w9osiCiWA

Corran Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 04:43 AM EST

Where is Clay Aiken and Katharine McPhee's auditions? Melinda Doolittle should be up there too and Sanjaya Malakar, for his audition was the only display of his talent on the entire show. I dunno about Amy Adams inclusion or Lindsey Cardinale.

Rosa Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 04:09 AM EST

P.S.
I completely agree with your addition of Taylor Hicks' amazing audition...
So many people in this country unfortunately have no idea of what an incredible musician Taylor actually is, because of misconceptions derived from some AI shows--
but just check out these examples from last year's tour which show, imho, his great range and talent - Enjoy:

Ditto a thousand times to Melinda Doolittle's extraordinary audition - shocked that you didn't include it!:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHbBlfHe01Y

Also LaKisha's brilliant audition deserves to be on this list:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05DCGbVQfOc

to ernesto Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 01:58 AM EST

elliott made almost no impression in his audition. it wasn't until he got jazzy during the semifinals that viewers got to see his ture potential come through.

Tina Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 01:32 AM EST

YES, where is Frenchie's record deal??? She should have recorded band of gold, not what's-her-face.

ernesto Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 01:31 AM EST

oh, and where are elliot's and clay's auditons? this list sucks. what did you do, pull names out of a hat?

ernesto Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 01:29 AM EST

amy adams is here but no melinda doolitle...are you kidding me?

Rae Rae Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 12:15 AM EST

Neither of them made it anywhere, but I was a huge fan of Sean Michel and Tami Gosnell who sang "Whipping Post,"

Justin Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 11:55 PM EST

Mikalah Gordon, Antonella Barba, and Mario Vasquez were all showered with praise during their first auditions, and all were quite fabulous! Porcelana Patino was my favorite non-finalist audition.

Preston Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 11:27 PM EST

Two Words: Melinda. Doolittle.
-
That is all.

RBlues Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 10:49 PM EST

Obviously Elliott Yamin.
Clay Aiken
There was a girl in season 5 who sang "Fallin" by Alicia Kays. She was kinda frumpy, somewhat chubby and a stay at home mom. She was phenomenal! I was really rooting for her but she didn't even make the top 24.

Laura Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 10:07 PM EST

Well, since they did not show Elliott's audition, except for 15 seconds, we really don't know if his audition would have been included on your list or not.

Silv Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 09:50 PM EST

I agree with Melinda Doolittle. I'm not an AI devotee per se, but I did catch the episode last season when she auditioned, and from that moment on I rooted for her to win, and was sorely disappointed that she was voted off. That I can remember her name right now over whoever it was that won last season speaks volumes.

Danny Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 09:44 PM EST

I was hoping Tamyra Gray was going to appear near the top of the list for her soaring take on "Vision of Love" that would have been a wake-up call in any season. It sounded way too easy for her to sing. Also, Jennifer Hudson's melisma-tastic audition of Aretha Franklin's "Share Your Love" was phenomenal.
Nice inclusion of Kelly's audition. She may not have pulled out all the vocal stops that she proved capable of, but it was a refreshing. How could you not put it higher based on personality alone, though? No one has acted so immediately likable in an audition since.

Nik Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 09:31 PM EST

I really, really loved Blake's audition last season. He just had such a cool vibe, from the spiked up hair to the beatboxing. He definitely caught my attention. I remember going into the top 24 he was one of the few people I remembered from the auditions and was curious to see what he would do. Also, his dad was so adorable! It was so sweet when they were talking about how proud they were of each other. I would also put Sean Michel up there. Loved his audition, and was bummed that he didn't make it past Hollywood.

Albie Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 08:00 PM EST

Really? Where is Melinda Doolittle? Even Randy said that it was one of the best auditions he had heard in ANY season. Serious, there is more nuance in her audition that anything Frenchie had ever done.

Jen Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 07:58 PM EST

All I can say is thank god Taylor Hicks made the list. His is the only audition that I remember clearly. Whether or not he should have won is up for debate, but the absolute magic that appeared as soon as he started singing is the definition of the "IT" factor that we hear so much about but find so difficult to explain. Thank you for including it.

mark Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 06:55 PM EST

Mario Vasquez -- amazing audition. Goosebumps.

NineDaves Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 06:41 PM EST

i had a hard time trying to find latoya london's audition - perhaps it never made it to air? i can't remember! but i'll throw two divas into the mix, instead.

jennifer hudson: http://youtube.com/watch?v=tCiNwzs7PHI

and mandisa:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=tCiNwzs7PHI

chills from the beginning.

Mo Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 06:29 PM EST

Yeah, why not the Clay Aiken audition, from before they turned him from a cute little geek with pipes into something that makes me throw up in my mouth a little every time I see him (which reaction was already in full swing by the time they had him in a tux singing Mack The Knife allegedly to prove that he wasn't a lounge singer...) I have to chime in, though, for Sean Michel, the dude last year who, as he put it, looked like Fidel Castro, Osama bin Laden, Jesus or a homeless bum, and who sang a Johnny Cash song with some foot stomping thrown in for good measure. His image was so out there, his personality so low-key (nearly comatose), and the song so cool and unexpected, it was so much fun! I wish he had been there for Bon Jovi night! Google this guy's audition and then imagine a Blake Lewis/Sean Michel duet of "You give love a bad name"... Heaven!

Vivi Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 06:24 PM EST

Um, where's Melinda Doolittle? Like, for real, where is she? Clearly, Slezak, you have disappointed me. Her audition was one of the best I've ever heard since Season 1. And you're trying to tell me something like Justin freakin' Guarini's so-so audition was better? Are you on crack?!

stephen Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 06:22 PM EST

I was waiting for Kat McPhee...

actingup Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 06:07 PM EST

I do not agree with the list. Where is Clay Aiken?

And in my opinion - best ever was Jory Steinberg singing "Chains". Seriously still gives me chills (check it out on You Tube). How she then got cut the first round - I will never understand. What a voice.

Lauren Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 06:07 PM EST

I'll prolly get crucified for this, but I really liked Blake's audition last year. Cute and funky guy, cool beat-boxing, and warbled very nicely when the judges asked, "but can you sing?"

Vocal powerhouse? No. Fun to watch throughout Season 6? Oh yeah.

RightNextToMarsDotCom Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 06:06 PM EST

I actually really liked Julia DeMato's audition ("Unbreak My Heart" I think) and although not amazing, I remember being completely shocked when they set up Scott Savol to be a delusional goof and then he had a really good voice.

Clay? Nay. Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 05:53 PM EST

Clay's audition was surprising, because he looked so unpolished, but the vocals were not all that and a bag of Doritos.

ns Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 05:40 PM EST

I don't think Elliott's and Bo's auditions even aired.

I'm not a Claymate by any stretch, but his audition should probably be mentioned. People were legitimately shocked to see that he had talent, just based on his appearance.

Stephanie T. Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 04:53 PM EST

Sounds good. Yeah Guarini is too much. Clay Aiken perhaps.

Working Girl Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 04:48 PM EST

Stephanie T: I see your Elliot and Bo, and I raise you Chris Daughtry's "Letter" audition.

Slezak: Guarini? Really? Three words: over. the. top.

Stephanie T. Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 04:31 PM EST

Shell?

Anyway missing:

John Adams
Matt Rodgers
Ebony Joyner
Eliot Yamin
Bo Bice

daisyj Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 04:18 PM EST

Okay, I couldn't read the text, but I'm very glad that my all-time best, Paris Bennett, made the top of the list. I know she never lived up to her early promise, but that audition was fantastic. It made me wish there was a slot where I could put quarters into my TV to make her keep singing.

There are two http:// 's Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 04:06 PM EST

If you remove one it works... til about half way, then each entry says "SHELL" -- which prolly means yeah, b*tch is still writing it.
LOL

Working Girl Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 03:52 PM EST

Link's still not working... Slezak, I wanna compare notes! Let's get this fixed!

Nancy Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 03:39 PM EST

Slezak, there are issues with the link. You're working on that right now, aren't you? :)
