I'd give Raimi the reigns of Harry Potter, but the cat who made Prisoner of Kazakstan (joke) should get to finish of the series as his movie was the shizzle dizzle.

A big thanks to Marvel Comics for making this previously obscure cult fave director into someone who'll get much deserved budgets to match his creativity.

Can't wait to see his next project, whatever it is, but would love to see Bruce Campbell in the lead again...

I disagree. With his genius for combining great effects with creating such deep-feeling, intimacy acting, Sam Raimi should be making ¡Right this Minute! the dark movie versions of the fifth and sixth dark installments by J.K. Rowling of Harry Potter. Maybe then Raimi would demand that Michael Gambon be replaced by someone (I don't know, James Cromwell, even Sean Connery) who really can understand and embody the wisdom and depth of Dumbledore. ¡Imagine what Sam Raimi would do with that budget! signed: a Harry Potter fan (obviously).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't "Wee Free" sound a lot like "Labrynth", aside from the mini-Scots (which sound like the michevous fairies from "Willow"--remember? "I stole your baby while you were taking a pee-pee!"

I really hope they do a great job on The Wee Free Men. Terry Pratchett is a comedic genius, and he definitely deserves to be presented to a wider audience. A high-budget series like "Rome" would be nice, considering the backlog of interlinking stories Pratchett has to call on.

I concur. Sam, the Spider Man movies have been awesome,but it's time you went back to making horror flicks. Come On! Raimi with a budget, Bruce Campbell and demons have not graced the silver screen in for ever!
