On the subject of Alias. I rarely missed an episode until they killed off Vaughn. Now, I don't worry when it's on or if I miss it!!

Alias really messed up when they killed him off!!!!

Couldn't agree more with Steve. I love these people who want all their questions answered in one episode. Ever wonder why it is you keep watching the show? It's called 'mystery'. If you want all your problems solved neatly by the end go watch The Brady Bunch. Everyone else do as I do and enjoy the ride while it lasts. In today's fickle world of TV ratings, you never know when it will end.

All you people should really stop bugging out about alias, people who watch the show know its really good entertainment and you dont have to take it as the end of the world when a show isnt as good as the first 2 seasons, but then i guess you can never talk to repressed geeks like that.

Don't the Alias producers know that anytime you introduce a baby or, even worse, a pregnancy into a series the show is doomed? It's bad enough that the poor dear was impregnated in real life....do they have to remind us of the heinous deed on television? I watch TV to escape horrifying events in real life!

I missed the first couple of episodes of Lost, and decided to wait for the DVD rather than trying to wade through what I missed and play catch up. However, when I was told that as the season progressed and more questions were being introduced with very little answered, I'm now debating if I should even bother watching the DVD when it comes out.

After 8 years of The X-Files with a less than satisfying answer in the end (movie didn't help much), I'm not ready to start watching a show with endless questions and nothing getting answered.

I loved Alias, when no one else was watching. Changing time though, lost me...I was Lost..lol..Seriously, waiting for it to be on Netflix to watch the season I didn't find time to on Wednesdays, to catch up..It was a good show and still is..I think the changing dates, just messes everything up!

I agree about Alias. This last season in particular was quite dire and I doubt it will have the ratings to compete in that time slot (though The OC was terrible last season too, so I can record the first few Alias episodes on my second Tivo, while I watch Survivor). Perhaps lower ratings will the do the show some good, it was only good when no one was watching it.

Does anybody even care for Alias anymore? The show's been going down in a spiral of mediocrity for the last two seasons and my guess is it won't get any better. J.J. has long abandoned his spy-project, rarely getting hands-on, merely sticking his name on the final reel. Too bad, since the first two seasons are some of the best quality television I've ever watched.

Let's hope 'Lost' doesn't reach the same faith, and for pete's sake, gives us some real answers this time around. I was willing to swallow the rotten egg that was the empty season finale, but I'm gonna need to feel like the show's creators know where all of this is leading if I'm going to keep watching. Are you listening Abrams? You've got us hooked, now don't jump ship!
