What’s worthy of PopWatching this week? Reign, Series Premiere, 9 p.m., CW

And you thought being a teenager was rough? What about being a teenage monarch? The new CW series follows the girl who would become Mary, Queen of Scots (Adelaide Kane). So what if it isn’t historically accurate—romance and political intrigue are titillating TV fodder, no matter the time period.

FRIDAY 10/18
Carrie opens in theaters

Chloë Grace Moretz stars as the titular telekinetic teen, Carrie White, in this remake of the 1976 film based on the Stephen King novel.
